Exceptional Roller Garage Doors
We recently had a roller garage door installed and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the very start, it was clear SeceuroGlide operates differently from others we spoke to. While competitors tried to win our business by quoting their cheapest options first, SeceuroGlide immediately quoted for their top-quality product—which we really appreciated. It showed honesty and confidence in what they offer.
The SeceuroGlide doors themselves are excellent, with thicker and more insulating panels coming as standard. The difference in build quality was obvious, and it gave us peace of mind that we were investing in something durable and energy-efficient.
The sales representative was very knowledgeable and took the time to really listen to what we needed. He answered all our questions thoroughly and spoke with genuine confidence about the exceptional quality of their garage doors, which made us feel reassured in our decision.
From there, everything ran smoothly. The company was prompt with measuring, ordering, and installation, and they delivered exactly what they promised within the timeframe quoted. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that follows through so reliably.
Overall, a professional, straightforward, and high-quality service—we would definitely recommend them to anyone considering a new garage door.

Love these doors
Had local firm (MJGarage Doors) install these for my double garage. Stripping out old up and over mechanism gave me so much wider entrance. The doors are quiet and smooth. Look good too!

Great Door when it works.
The door looks great and works great when it works.
The door was fitted in 2024 and am currently waiting for the third replacement motor to be installed.
Starting to doubt whether the motor is powerful enough, Double Garage, but currently all under warranty, so they can keep replacing it. when the motor went initially the installation company said they had never known a motor to fail! Im starting to doubt that.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about the issues you’ve experienced with the motor and we understand how frustrating this must be. While motor failures are uncommon, they can occur and we take reliability very seriously.
We’re pleased this is being handled under warranty and we’d like to make sure this is fully resolved for you. If you’re happy to share your details with us, we can review the case and ensure the correct specification is in place for your door size and usage. Please email the details along with the ORD number which can be found on the bottom slat on the inside of the door to customer.services@swsuk.co.uk . Constantly breaking and needing big fixes.
Got the roller door with our new build less than 7 years ago. It was serviced as per, but it has had constant issues since we moved in it got fixed last year when we had to have 10 new slats fitted as the webbing broke and trashed it. Now less than 12 months later it’s broken again with a suspected broken motor, but we don’t know for sure as the fitters were unable to remove the cover with one person. So they don’t know for sure. Been quoted £850 for a new motor.
Honestly unimpressed as it has not been fit for purpose and as Martin Lewis has said an item should last a timescale that is a “reasonable time”. 7 years is not reasonable. So I am asking for a free repair under a reasonable timescale warranty.
I would be interested to see their response before buying one. Ours has been a disaster.
