I am extremely disappointed with Seachem Clarity. I followed the instructions carefully and added the recommended dosage to my aquarium, only to have my water turn a murky brown color within hours. Not only did it fail to clear up the water as promised, but it also stained the entire tank, leaving unsightly brown streaks that I can't seem to get rid of. I am now faced with the daunting task of completely draining and cleaning my tank in order to get rid of the mess that Seachem Clarity has caused. I would not recommend this product to anyone, as it has only created more problems than it solved.

Having dealt with this company for a number of years on submitting my most recent order I find that the delivery costs have risen from £7.99 to £13.49 in under 12 months. This is totally unacceptable and and reflects badly on the attitude of this company to its customers. All new customers beware.

SACHEM, fantastic. I really can't plug this product enough. Forget about waiting endlessly for the aquarium cycle. I have left some tropical fish from a friend who sadly died from cancer, and I used SEACHEM Prime Concentrated Conditioner for Marine and, Freshwater fish as advertised by my neighbor who has kept fish for years and 4 weeks have gone by, and my fish are thriving. A must-have for all pet fish keepers. The product is amazing for Detoxifying Ammonia, Nitrite & Nitrates. Great.

I have complained about Pond Matrix as not all the media included was pumice stones, some were pebbles and this is not acceptable. I paid for a biomedia, not pebbles. These I can collect anywhere for free. Response was not satisfactory so asked the complaint to be escalated further and asked for the complaint policy, but was ignored since. Seems like they take your money, but the customer service is less than poor. Therefore 2 stars. A good company has an excellent aftersale service, unfortunately Seachem is not one of them.

I have just received 500ml tub of Matrix as a replacement/goodwill gesture. That I am grateful for, but I had to pursue the complaint via many emails and it took so long, hence the feedback.
To be completely honest, there was a parcel sent from USA in December and was lost, so Seachem tried to send me a replacement earlier. I just don't understand why was it sent from so far away and money and logistics included when it could be simple posted from UK. Nevermind, I will never understand.

Their stability product definately doesnt work, after 2-3 months with their media matrix used in the filter the aquarium wasnt cycled, their seachem ammonia badge doesnt work and their ammonia testing kit also doesn't work, my complaint was ignored and the advise I was given on their community forum was that there's something in my reverse osmosis water stopping their products working, the only thing in the RO water was instant ocean so that's nonesene, they act like they have pioneer products but none of them so far except prime has worked for me.

I was doing a fishless cycle on my aquarium using seachem products and after 6 weeks I asked seachem if there was something stopping the cycle completing , the advise they gave seemed to contradict what I had read elsewhere, which was mostly do not do water changes until cycle is complete they advised 30% to 50% twice a week with prime and stability after one week tank was cycled 7 weeks in total but If I had of done water changes and added prime and stability from beginning it probably would of been less. I have matrix in the external filter about 5 times more than needed have used their products before and all ways will. I trust their products and their advice .and would recommend highly.
