I had ordered a lamp and it was delayed in packing and was going to be late arriving for a birthday present for my wife (I know, don’t buy things that plug-in as birthday gifts for your wife.). I realized it was going to be late and called and got a wonderful lady on the phone who took ownership of the problem and expedited the shipping two levels to ensure that it arrived on time. No extra charge or hassle, just wonderful customer service!

The quality of their products is always outstanding and the reliability is excellent. This incident was not something predictable and their thoughtful response was beyond kind and professional. 

Thought that I was buying a premium hearty soup! Chicken and Veg… 6 tiny pieces of chicken, no sign of any veg, just a very thin yellow liquid. Very,very disappointing

In a word disgusting! The only thing I could taste was the salt!

I believe this product is best described as a salty green rice pudding!

Absolutely delicious! The entire range is perfectly seasoned and liquid like soups ought to be. I can not usually tolerate tomatoes, especially in soups, but this brand does not add excessive citric acid so is perfect for delicate stomachs. The risotto is soupy, like Italian risotto should be. Anyone who wants the thick cement that passes for risotto here should make it themselves and spend 40 min stirring and adding water/broth. Don't fancy that? Then buy this brand. I will!

Supposed to be risotto but was soup. Nice taste. Supposed to be chicken with leek risotto but my own homemade chicken rice soup is thicker, chicken flavour but no actual chicken to be seen. Good price and reasonably healthy. I added chicken breast, mozzarella and Parmesan to thicken it up.

4 quid and change next to no chicken on their chick and veg soup .... Tbf taking the p...... I ate it but be better getting a tin ..... P taking w s

bought the chicken risotto, just a tub of overpriced, overcooked goo! cant tell that there was ever any rice in it!

I have been eating these soups for a year, they are the best soups ever. Haddock and salmon chowder is amazing, and so is chicken and vegetable and the tomato and basil. Thank you Cully and Sully.

Vile!!! a rissotto is sticky and firm, this was just a rice soup with very few chicken morsels...never again!!!

Today was my first purchase of their soup and most likely the last!! Description on the tub was Chicken and vegetable. After the reheat, I emptied the contents in to a bowl, it was hot, but not tasty. After a search, I found two small pieces of chicken, but no vegetables!

I tried this soup last night and was very very impressed, it was absolutely delicious, I don't normally eat shop;bought products but I thought I'd try this, The only soup I've eaten and enjoyed wasn't my homemade ever, thank you Cully and Sully it was lovely a real treat for me.😃

This website is a SCAM. Do not buy from them. I placed an order 7 months ago and contacted them multiple times. They tell me the time is backorder, however the item page states 7-10 days to ship. They will not change the description and keep misleading customers. Seven months of waiting for my item and the still say 7-10 day to ship. It is obviously a fraudulent business. Stay away.
