We brought a corner unit from scs in December 25 had it delivered on the 24/04 /26 we notice it was fadeding in place of the seats a technician came on the 30/6/26 he was only here 5 minutes
We had ring because nobody got in contact with they said the person was on holiday till the 13/07/26 still nobody contacted us so we rang up today to be told they said it because it in direct sun there no way this should have happened after 2 months for something that cost nearly 2000 pounds we do not agree to what they say for this to happen after two months this is first and last time we will be using scs
I don't except your apology and i will not be recommending you or visiting your shops every again should stay with dfs never had any problems with them let hope nothing else go wrong with it

Excellent service and the delivery team were great!

My sofa arrived with slight damage to the fabric which was not on the sofa when viewed at the store it was damaged in transit.

We had the best customer service at the lady bay retail park,
allowed to leisurely look around no hard selling/ pushing, just on hand when we needed them. We picked our sofa and Glenn was super helpful, sorted everything for us and a rug and coffee table. Why not! And a speedy delivery. Hope that his salary reflects his great customer service! If not pay rise or promotion. Thanks so much Glenn you were brilliant and a credit to the company.

I didn’t realise the Nottingham SCS was an outlet for ex display but this turned out to be a bonus for me. I managed to find two reclining sofas at a cost of just over two thousand pounds. Perhaps not the exact colour we had in mind but now that they’re in, the blend in perfectly with the decor and we are totally happy with them. Tim, the sales guy was not pushy and was happy for us to come back another day but we found what we wanted at a price considerably less than we were prepared to pay. The delivery guys were great and made sure everything was installed and working having easily coped with the difficult access and tropical heat. Definitely the most comfortable furniture we have ever bought.
