Prompt delivery within time frame, professional, polite, two absolutely lovely gentlemen, couldn't do enough, highly recommend

I was contacted well in advance of the delivery informing me how far they where away and the estimated eta, on arriving at my destination i was greeted by the driver and his mate, who where very polite, they proceeded to remove the packaging and bring in my delivery, they took care in unwrapping the items and also bringing it in my property, they positioned exactly where I wanted, a fantastic crew which made the experience a pleasure

The staff at the shop were very helpful the men who delivered the suite were very good
The issue l had was the communication from the company
Having received a text on 15th July to inform me that the company would texted me the night before the 17thJuly to comfirm if am or pm delivery slot then an hour before the actual delivery would text me when an hour away
None of this happened but fortunately we were in when they arrived

My sofas delivered on 14 July when they assembled it v found out all the 3 sofas had fault on arm rest they were uneven very disappointed I have reported to their office they will sort it out

On entering the store we were made very welcome and given a bottle of water as it was very hot outside.nothing was too much trouble and was given all the help we needed .the staff were lovely

Staff were really friendly and helpful.
Left us alone to look around , we didn't feel pressures and harassed into buying something we didn't like.
staff had a good knowledge of the furniture.

Delivered the sofa sooner than expected but didnt deliver the coasters and care kit so cannot move the heavy chairs in fear of ripping our new carpet only to be told we wont get them delivered until the end of the month aside from that the new sofa is great.and the service we received in store and the staff were really helpfull.

I went into the shop 3 times to make sure it was the one I wanted. The first and second time I seen Julie who was absolutely brilliant she explained everything to me. The third time I popped in Julie was on annual leave but I saw Lee who was absolutely brilliant he went through everything with me. The staff was so friendly and amazing no pressure what so ever. Once I agreed on the sofa it all ran through smoothly and quickly. I know I have to wait but it will be worth the wait.

Ordering was easy , but if confusion regarding delivery date but was sorted straight away to our convince , the delivery chaps were great , friendly and helpful , at the moment all seems good but can honestly say we have had suites from this company for years and never had a problem .

Great service. They were friendly and helpful. The furniture was delivered before the date they said it would be. I was given plenty of notification. The delivery men were polite. They called ahead to advise that they would be arriving within the hour. They were courteous and respectful of my property

Very friendly staff, knowledgeable, helpful..the variety of sofas and chairs is great, the styles are lovely and the amount of different colours available is amazing... We were offered coffee and made comfortable, we were given time to look, sit and make a decision, we did not feel pressured. I love my purchase and can't wait for them to be delivered, would definitely recommend.

A very good experience from you from start to finish staff very friendly and the delivery team was very helpful so five stars

We was greeted by Bal at the Wednesbury branch and explained a few things to us of how things works (even though we know it from previous visit). We asked to be left alone to browse and if need help we will let him know. We was browsing around and trying out sofas, with the knowledge that Bal was hanging around and trying to put input of what is on offer in terms of materials. Luckily, this has pay off for him as we like a set of sofas and was out getting one on that day. However, being a sales man in the past...this can be very off putting when you hanging and waiting to move in for a sales as it can go either way! My only strong feed back is the staff don't follow as that what happened last time and we left and nearly got one from DFS!!

Brendan answered all our questions in Wolverhampton and took our order in Wednesbury the next day.
