On time and very helpful men took all the packaging away left no mess

I ordered a 2 and 3 seater Calisese Stella560 was told they come apart so my 2 seater fit in. On delivery in March both were in one piece so unable to fit, room overcrowded. this was noted by the delivery man who said someone will call. I have sent in 4 complaint, heard nothing no call or email, went into shop last week was told Darren smith had said no further action, but no one could inform me of their decision.TERRIBLE SERVICE.

Becton showroom was great. Had plenty of sofas in stock for customers to try. Helpful sales people who were not pushy at all. We got a great discount too!
Still waiting for the delivery though, so jury is not out yet.

From customer service to sofa quality, I'm absolutely delighted. The advice and help given was non-stop and they made sure to accommodate all needs with delivery frame times etc. Special shout out to Shah as even where I made a mistake in my order, he was more than happy to adjust this from as soon as my email was received and gave me a call to confirm this as well as being very present from the get go. Sofas were delivered on time and well and can't have been more happy with my purchase.

I was approached by a very nice man, David , and he helped me to measure the size and discussed the practical aspects of fitting the pieces into my home. He also explained about how the delivery service worked. Also about the extra care I could add to my choice. I didn’t look like many of the normal customers in the store and was worried about being ignored as several workers just walked past me but this guy took me seriously.

I am sorry I don’t remember the young man’s name but he was very helpful , there was’nt anything too much trouble. It was so nice to have someone to talk to and get advice. He was helpful in helping me to make the right choice. This was in Becton. 6th April, 2026

The service and the sales person explanation and helpfulness in every way

I ordered my sofas just after Xmas.. was told end of March/Early April. Received info of the delivery date. Only then did I start seeing reviews. I can only talk about my experience but the member of Staff at Beckton branch was very helpful and patient. My sofa was made to order and the delivery went well. We was ready to take out the windown if needed but was delivered in 2 parts and assembled inside. So I had a good overall experience. I asked questions and was prepared for any issues.
