We were texted to let us know the suite was being delivered on 29th May between 08:15am and 08:35am.
We waited the whole day and after 8 calls to the company which took us in a loop with the recorded choices we got no where. so very frustrating to say the least. There was no promised callback received when we got through to the branch who advised they would contact the distribution centre. We were also advised that the tracker app. Was not working so couldn’t track the service either.
There was no explanation or update until the next morning when another text advised same am times and by that time we were able to track the service until it arrived around 11:30am.

Great staffs, great products, Good flexibility with products

The welcome we received in the shop was very professional, very helpful and not in the least bit intrusive. From discussing the product offerings through completion of the sale the Sales person (Alison) did a great job.

The experience was very good and very easy for us.

Welcoming, helpful, options explained. Felt listened too. Given enough time to browse and explore options.

Stay well away. After sales dreadful. They cause immense stress to dissatisfied customers. I reported within 30 days that I was rejecting sofa as not fit for purpose. This is in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act. More than 4 months later I am still trying to get my refund. Sofa is a heap of rubbish. Even on delivery the fabric was wrinkled and puddling. It looks as if it's 10 years old. The one I threw away looked better. Absolutely awful experience. Look on Facebook complaints page to see the huge number of dissatisfied customers before you even consider a sofa from this cowboy company.

The delivery guys went above and beyond to get my sofa into my living room as it had already been returned to warehouse as 1st delivery team said it wouldn't fit without even trying so 10/10 to 2nd team I was caused a week of unnecessary stress & anxiety so thanks again guys.

WHAT A DISPLAY OF SUITES ALL WELL PLACED OUT SO YOU CAN SEE EVERYTHING STAFF DONT JUMP ON YOU WHEN YOU WALK THROUGH THE DOOR WHICH I LOVE YOU CAN ENJOY YOUR VISIT, AND THE STAFF ARE FANTASTIC NOTHING IS A PROBLEM AND DAVID WAS FIRST CLASS, IT WAS A GREAT DAY OUT. THANK YOU.

I entered the showroom knowing which sofa I wanted. My mum and I were greeted warmly and greeted in Italian by Shirley. Having an Italian father I was delighted by this. We were shown to the sofa and tested it for comfort and we were happy. We were shown a variety of covers/fabrics and made our choice. Ordering and paying was very straightforward and Shirley was so helpful.

We had a great experience in South Shields store, Julie couldn’t do enough for us, lovely lady , very friendly & patient, as were rest of the staff . She helped us pick our perfect sofas that are due to be delivered . Definitely no complaints from us.

We visited the store in paisley,at abbotsinch.we we're greeted by with a warm welcome from peter.he made us feel very relaxed,he was most helpful, explained all the options and answered any questions we had.A thoroughly pleasant man.

Shopped at Paisley store. Salesperson Sunny is appropriately named. He was very bright and sunny, knowledgeable about product we were looking for and materials, delivery time and extended warranty. He suggested fabric choices suitable for existing furniture we were matching new chair with and suggested viewing chosen fabric in different lights using in-store technology. It took us a while to decide on colour choice and it was important for me that he gave us time to decide and discuss it with, what it felt like, no pressure at all.

There was no waiting around for someone to attend to us
We were treated very kindly .
Nothing was any trouble and we were given plenty of time to choose what sofa and chair suited us.
