X large work gloves
Only having them for a few days they seem to be very good the quality is excellent the delivery on time and they are comfortable to wear so all in all very impressed

Awful Customer service
Ordered some shorts never got a shipping notice
Sent 3 emails without response waited over 3 weeks before contacting customer services initial call eventually went to a pre record that said F off
Called back eventually got through to somebody who said they would get back to me but didn’t
Followed up phone call the next day and eventually received a refund
Would not use again

Second time items are late.
Been 2 weeks since I have ordered my item and nothing received as of yet. Emailed asking for any update a couple days ago again with no reply. Last time I ordered I had to email because again it took too long to arrive and was ‘stuck in the system’.
Not the service you expect when you pay £7 for delivery.

Ordered fine, took my money.
Received confirmation email.
Waited 10 days and contacted customer support.
At first they couldn't even find my order.
Then was told it was out of stock til June.
Refunded very quickly and Ellie at customer support was a great help.
But probably shouldn't be able to order things that arent in stock.
Thought id order from the manufacturer to save money and problems.......
Ended up getting same product delivered next day and cost me £2 less...... from Toolstation.

Scruffs saggy crouch
Scruffs trade flex trousers were the best until they made the crouch bigger for comfort, this now feels like your trousers are sagging between your legs most uncomfortable, what a big design error, now it’s time to find a different brand sorry Scruffs.
