Works really well so far; will be attempting reverse share next week. Wasn't successful using call-in feature, but not critical to training sessions we are doing.

I am just getting started and had a couple of minor issues on how to navigate the website and received rapid response from my email request for tech support. I received a live telephone call and was walked through my issues until they were all resolved. Everything seems to be operating in an excellent manor. I couldn't be more pleased!

Overall, I have had great success. However, sometimes the screen freezes on the other person's end, and I have to "stop sharing" and then share again. Not a big deal, but it can be a little annoying.

I love Screenleap! Newly discovered for me and it makes meeting online with clients less tech savvy super easy!!!!

When sharing my screen and using their dial number via voip all my bandwidth was used, making the call robotic. My phone was in airplane mode so that it wasn’t using bandwidth and I closed all other programs on my pc so the only thing using it was Screenleap. In the end I made the call on my mobile and so will do that from now on, not VOIP

I could not get my screen to project from my Mac to be broadcast. I did several attempts and screen lamp did not work at all for hosting my screen.

It is the easiest screen share service to use. I am not sure what else I can say. It does one thing, really well. I hope they don't complicate it.

Thank you for allowing me to use your free service. The service is good, but not 5 stars yet.

Screenleap has better screen share quality than Slack and Hangouts, thus I like it.

A 5 stars service, however, would have:
1. 4K resolution support. When I know my peers have good monitors, I would like to match the quality of my own on theirs.
2. Simultaneous support for vertical and horizontal monitors. When screenleap is started from Chrome currently on a vertical monitor while the presenting monitor is horizontal the quality is not good, significantly lower compared to when the screenleap session was also started on the same monitor.

Features I would like to see:
1. The ability for a meeting member to become the screen presenter at my meeting even if that person does not (yet) have a screenleap account.
2. Ability to give the present control to another person at the meeting. Meaning my machine would remain to provide the screen, while I share the mouse and keyboard with a meeting member.
3. The ability for all meeting members to mark elements on my screen visible to all other members. For example, if a meeting member moves the mouse over the view of the shared screen while holding a button pressed, that should leave a temporary track line on all meeting members' screens. I doubt this one is easy to implement, but since you mentioned 5 starts, then it seems only fair to ask for it. :-)

I am not sure if the service has those features already, the free service does not seem to have them.
