Unfortunately these guys ain’t my own…
Unfortunately these guys ain’t my own dentists and I’ve only ever used these guys in an emergency where it’s out of hours or when I can’t get an appointment at my own dentist. However they never seem to disappoint me. They always have been transparent and open with me regarding the best solution and treatment I need and as they say you pay for quality and only wish I lived near them and I could use them more often.

The fillings used are terrible, I understand it’s a temporary filling but it should last longer then 24 hours absolutely terrible

Money hungry
I was told that I got gum disease when really it’s just a money making tactic for customers to spend more money. Got told my tooth was wobbly and all sorts. I was told to see a specialist and pay a X amount of money for my teeth to be fixed. I was told he was the best in the game and he has all these degrees that makes him so special. I was left mortified and so worried. Anyways I Went to see my normal dentist and they told me I have no problems. Even shown me on X-ray that my teeth was fine. I was mortified when I came home from Scott arms. The staff need to start being honest instead always thinking about the money.

After reviewing your records, we noticed that you were a regular visitor to our hygienist in 2022, but then stopped for a period before returning for your most recent appointment. We understand your concerns, but we stand by the recommendations we provided you with. We have a specialist periodontist who splits their time between our practice and Harley Street, and we believe that seeing this specialist would be beneficial for you. Exceptional service
Dr. Gavinder provided exceptional service, showcasing his expertise and professionalism. Through his careful examination, he successfully identified a hidden cavity hiding beneath an old filling. Thanks to his skill full treatment, I can now again enjoy cold beverages without experiencing any discomfort or sharp tingling sensations.

Had a crown fall off this evening and got an emergency appointment with Scott’s arm dental practice. Saw a brilliant dentist named Ishak who treated my tooth with great care & no fuss. Really lovely experience excellent service and great staff ! Highly recommend .

Going to the dentist is one thing I dread but when I visited this dental practice . It wasn't as bad as usual the dental surgeon I saw was very good explained everything that was gonna happen and I was put at ease... would definitely recommend this practice

Service is fine but you'd expect them to give your teeth a simple polish as you've just spent over £1,000+ on a new crown. It's the small things that matter in business

I went in confident I’d get my problem…
I went in confident I’d get my problem fixed and that’s what happened. My extraction was complicated and took 1.5 hrs. I have to say the quality of service and expertise is 10/10. I enjoyed the experience and was entertained by the myriad of different attempts to get the root out. Thankfully I went home with dental trauma but in under 24hrs I’m healing well and have minimal pain.
Best dentistry in Uk… location, service, cleanliness, cost, availability of appointments and the determination to see customers leaving satisfied.
Thanks to the whole team who helped me xxx

Always excellent service from my dentist Gavinder. Professional and cares about his patients and takes the time to explain everything and love that he always walks me out and makes me feel like a valued patient . There are dentists much closer to home but happy to travel the hour to get such 5 star treatment .

Dental implants experience
I had 2 implants fitted by Dr Gurvinder Tutt. I am very pleased with outcomes and felt reassured through every step of the process. I would highly recommend Dr Tutt and the practice if you are considering dental implants and if you are a nervous patient, which I was.

Broken tooth
My son broke a tooth playing rugby. Practice made an emergency appointment for him next morning. We were seen on time by Anil who was absolutely fantastic. He was calming, explained everything and completed a temporary fix straight away. The dental nurse and receptionists were also first class. Thank you!
