How do you like getting a 1.6 approval rating? Your payout percentage is around 22%, which is well below the industry average of 74-88%. STAY away from any sciplay games because they just screw everybody playing their games. And sciplay, please dont respond back with some lame answer, because you do not care about the people who play your apps. And they are getting to be fewer and fewer because of your ultra lame payouts.

They double charge and then argue with you about it. Then they change the algorithm of your game so it’s impossible to get big wins. Avoid at all costs

Just got screwed by Sciplay software glitch that wiped out 7.5 billion credits and they refused to refund. I wasn’t asking for refund of money just credits -they refused! They suck! I deleted app.

I had 2.2 quadrillion coins on gold fish slots and It ALL disappeared! They got back to me and said “We cannot reimburse you for this since you made bet in your game!” Now, I’m confused I’m like what the f*** because I KNOW I didn’t touch my coins! Sciplay pulled a "Bud Light" with Jackpot Party. They revamped everything in January, and ever since, the payback is literally 1%. I had them delete my account of 13 years because it is now 100% a scam. I really don't know how they can continue to operate.

Bring back the old Jackpot Party. This new version is a rip off. No more purchases for me. I mean we don't expect to win on every spin. But really 10 plus spins and win...ridiculous. The games are just eating up purchased coins. Who cares about a "Cruise" we all should win it we have definitely paid for our ticket. The game is just a rip off now.

This company is a scam. BackGammon Live game is rigged from the beginning and their "random dice rolls" are far from that. You might get ahead in a game but then your opponents begin to roll doubles constantly so you lose. Their opponents too are fake. Don't ever give them money because they're going to steal it all eventually. The game just keeps getting worse.

Sciplay owns jackpot party and many other slot machine apps. Their customer service is awful, but their slots are rigged. example: huff and even more puff. It is IMPOSSIBLE to enter the hat bonus round any other way outside of the haywire. The more you bet, the lower that payback percentage. It is made not to entertain players, but to steal money deceptively. had paid for more than $360 coins thinking it would last...WRONG. You can't win a rigged game. AVOID at all costs, it is a scam app.

A complete scam. They stole 4 trillion coins from my account and did nothing for me. This needs a class action lawsuit. They make hundreds of millions of dollars. Once they identify your pattern and addiction, they never let you win and make you play larger bets to reach your daily goals. Delete it and do t give them a dime. It’s a money grab scam

Total trash company. Nothing but a money grab. If you see a game you would like to purchase and see it's from SciPlay. Highly recommend you go elsewhere. This company only wants your money and will screw you over to get it.

My winning disappeared from my account and was directed by support to another email contact that told me that they can't do anything to help me. 180 billion coins disappeared and no help with issue. Would not recommend the app and they are scamming you for your money. Not worth one star.

Don't play games for Sciplay. They are not the best games to play. Once they identify your addiction they will drain your money. The jackpots are very hard to get even when are not getting anything in return to play their game they make very difficult to win anything. I have play 55trillion credits and never got a win.

I agree with Rob, Horrible! I have been playing for around 1.5 years. They got me hooked in the first 2 months, I was hitting everything! Of course, as I started betting higher, I burned my points quicker. I built up my points to 10 billion and in less than a week they were gone. So I would buy more points, no more than $20 at a time. Now the only last about 2 weeks, and then I need more. The cycle continues, when I buy points, I win immediately, then I start to lose, so I bet more to catch up, but it never happens. I am planning on suing them. They should not be able to rig the game!

The consistent issue with these games is that they not only are designed to hustle money from the players they do not provide any substantial entertainment value. After several years of playing this game with others we have noticed the pattern of algorithms decreasing the higher the level the player goes which in turns generates opportunity for them to beg for coins. Additionally, the reviews giving five stars on various other sites are clearly misleading and are obviously generated by Bots. If you take a moment to look at the reviews many of them are around the same times with five star reviews and one or two words for the review. Statistically across other sites this is uncommon as to when somebody is pleased with the service they tend to provide more information as to why. The majority of the reviews of this product across many platforms are unfavorable and taking out the bots reviews their rating would drop substantially. With that being said, we have made the determination that it is necessary to collect screenshots and proof from various players of the money grab this outfit is responsible for. We are going to aggressively go after them and have their applications removed. They need to take this seriously Because it is a growing movement and it will make progress quickly

They are a complete fraudulent company.. I purchased one game for 74 dollars and was charged for 4 yes, I was charged for FOUR! No refund was issued or three more credits.. Do not play !! They will cheat you!!
