I’ve been really impressed with Scent Perfique. I’ve now tried 13 different fragrances from them, and every single one has smelled fantastic. The scent quality is excellent, and the hot throw is very strong and easily on par with Candle Shack in my experience.
Delivery was also incredibly fast. I placed my order at lunchtime and received it the very next day, which is outstanding service.
Before ordering, I had a few questions, and their team responded promptly, answering everything clearly and politely. It’s great to deal with a company that offers both high-quality products and excellent customer service.
Highly recommend Scent Perfique; I’ll definitely be ordering again.

We would always recommend allowing the oils to settle and return to room temperature after transit (ideally 6–8 hours or overnight), as temperature changes can temporarily affect how the fragrance presents straight from the bottle. For the most accurate evaluation, it’s best to test the fragrance in a finished product or on a blotter once it has settled.
These particular fragrances are among our best sellers and are consistently well received, so we’d love for you to revisit them after following the above steps. If you’re still not satisfied, please don’t hesitate to contact us directly — we’re always happy to help.

These fragrances are actually two of our best-selling and most well-loved scents, so it’s unusual for them to be perceived this way. We do find that fragrance oils can smell quite different when tested directly from the bottle, compared to how they perform in a finished product.
Additionally, if the items were recently in transit, we always recommend allowing them to return to room temperature (ideally for several hours or overnight) before evaluating, as temperature changes can temporarily affect how the scent presents.

Great, if you can open the bottles
The products from scentperfique are great. My only criticism is that the lids on the bottles are very difficult to remove. Of the 9 bottles I bought, I could only get three lids off and 2 weeks later I’m still struggling!

We’re sorry to hear you’ve had difficulty removing some of the lids. They are fitted quite securely to prevent leakage during transit, which can sometimes make them a little tight on first opening. A helpful tip is to gently warm the cap slightly (for example, by holding it in your hands or using a cloth for extra grip), push down on the cap, which can make removal easier.
That said, this certainly shouldn’t be a struggle, so if you’re still having issues please do reach out to us directly and we’ll be happy to assist further.
