Excellent customer service.
Excellent customer service with very helpful staff. Such a pleasure to talk to a UK based call centre. Same insurance product I had through a major caravan club but at a much better price.

Would have given 5 stars but the wait to get through to an agent was painful. Scenic need to review their staffing levels.

Sorted me out with new insurance for motorhome. Nothing missed on questions. Although I started the quote with Safeguard insurance. Maybe they're the same company .
Good response from original call from Amanda at safeguard then had to dial another number which took me through to scenic insurance next day
