I love Scarlettsparrotessentials, great choice of Parrot toys, food and accessories. Shopped around and they are definitely the best value! If anyone has a Parrot, this is the place to shop, delivery is always quick, and well packed!

Ordered a specific type of food and was sent a different type (that my birds won't eat).contacted them and was.spoken to like a piece of dirt, accused of lieing dispiite providing unquestionable evidence. Then followed a back and forth of rude, pointless questions until they eventually refused to do anything because I couldn't find the paper invoice, dispiite providing the actual invoice via email. Lost a repeat customer

a great place to purchase all your parrot needs. I go for the toys a lot!

A great mix of tree nuts for my birdie not available anywhere so thank-you, only the packaging it arrived in was huge should have been smaller for a 100g bag

Wouldn't get my parrot toys from anywhere else! So helpful and friendly and will always go that extra mile for their customers. Ive messaged before about specific shaped java branches, they replied with photos of options for me and we're so helpful

Brilliant website, fast delivery, very reliable, everything so far has been well made and a really good price, this is my second order, I will definitely be ordering again

Amazingly fast delivery and fantastic communication at all stages. The items were all great too - in my case they were for rats rather than birds, but they make great additions to their cage & will keep them happily and safely entertained.

Super quick delivery. All items are amazing, we ordered lots of toys, treats and food. Will definitely be my go to place for all our birds stuff now! Placed another order the day we received our first lot of stuff🤭
