I accidentally did 2 seperate orders for the same item; however emailed 'Scandiborn' the next day. A lovely representative [Keeley] was extrtemely helpful and was able to intercept the duplicate order. I was kept up to date with how my order was being handled and a swift refund was processed.

Always unique and wonderful items. And fast and courteous customer service when required.

I am so impressed with this company. We ordered a wooden kitchen for our grandsons birthday and when my husband was assembling it on Saturday there was one bracket missing , so we could not put one of the doors on or the top of the kitchen worktop without it . I emailed the company on a Saturday evening and by Sunday lunchtime I received a lovely email from Charlotte to inform me they would sort this as a matter of urgency { it is our grandsons birthday this coming Saturday } . They informed me they would let me know when this had been done . As promised an email duly received today informing me it will be posted out asap. The kitchen is absolutely delightful a lovely wooden kitchen and so well made. It is the second purchase from this business a lovely material doll before for our granddaughter .

I am absolutely appalled by the service, I have Paid for something in good faith from your company, it’s is now 2 weeks until
Xmas and I have still not received anything!!!!! These are presents for my 1 year old son for Xmas!! Are these items actually coming???? I expect a full refund as soon as possible if not?

Disgusting service, quick to take my money and then fail to send items.

We received a gift card when our son was born and kept it for two years to purchase some items for when he was older. It turns out there was a usage period that we were not informed about by the purchaser, but the Scandiborn team and Keeley specifically were quick to answer and provide support to rectify the issue. Would 100% purchase again from Scandiborn, and have already picked out some furniture for the next baby on the way.

Friendly and efficient service, had a query on dimensions and was emailed straight away. Whilst they had to ask their merchandising team I got an answer straight away with a friendly email. Will defo be using them again in the future.

I've only just discovered this site,browsing for xmas gifts for my new granddaughter.
I decided to order some items,signed up in order to receive 10% discount off my first order.
On entering the discount code received,the code did not work.
I ordered my items,emailed Scandiborn explaining the problem
Within minutes i had received a refund for the amount of discount i had missed out on.
I am impressed with the efficiency of the customer service team. Brilliant service!
So looking forward to receiving my items now.

I had some screws missing from my purchase so I emailed customer services. I received a quick reply back, a further update (all from the same team member- Keeley), and quickly received a replacement. The customer service was exceptional, the best I have encountered in a long time.

I have loved everything I have bought from this company. I contacted them to arrange an exchange of a product for something else and got a friendly helpful immediate response.

Fabulous kids toys. We got a little car garage which our toddler loves. Good quality and fast delivery.

The Scandiborn team are friendly and helpful. It’s nice to immediately get a human rather than jump though ai. and chatbot hoops.
My parcel delivered by DPD was opened and the primary packaging inside had been glued to the return adhesive, and some of the product was open to the elements. Luckily nothing was damaged but I let Scandiborn know so they had a record and also to check if I could return in such condition if it didn’t fit. They wouldn’t usually but of course given the circumstances they were apologetic and reassuring. They seem to genuinely care about their customers. Premium products, things you can hand down, reuse and re-love. Premium service too. Special thanks to Keeley 😊

Tried to pay through PayPal who processed the payment but the order hadn’t processed through Scandiborn website. I contact customer service via the contact us webpage and had a near on immediate response via email with support and assurance from Keeley. The order had failed but I reordered with a different payment method and had success. Looking forward to receiving my order ☺️

Lovely children's wooden toys from Scandiborn. Arrived promptly although I had issues with both couriers, two items sent separately by two different couriers. However Scandiborn customer services sorted both out for me really promptly (a misdelivery and a damaged delivery). Will order through Scandiborn again though, beautiful toys.

Super happy with the customer service received. Had various issues with DPD who are absolutely useless- they refused to issue me with a refund of delivery after not even attempting to deliver my parcel (I have video evidence) Thankfully I was able to receive a refund of my delivery charge from Scandiborn. Extremely helpful. Thank you!

There was a small issue with the next day delivery. When I messaged the customer service team, they sorted the problem straight away and refunded the next day delivery charge.
Really lovely, helpful staff and hopefully my niece will love her new toy.
