Poor customer service
Awful customer service. We bought a Little Dutch balance bike for our daughter’s birthday. We followed the assembly instructions and the handlebar didn’t steer the wheel. When we tried to assemble it a second time, the front wheel came out of the frame. We have tried a number of times to reassemble the bike and each time the handlebar doesn’t steer the front wheel. Scandiborn refuse to help other than re-forwarding us the assembly instructions from Little Dutch. The bike is faulty and does not work and there is nothing Scandiborn are willing to do about it other than take our money. They have a refund for faulty items policy but do not seem to engage with it at all.

Lovely quality and worth the money
I ordered the Little Dutch kitchen in mint over a year ago and kept meaning to leave a review. The kitchen itself is lovely and has lasted really well even with regular use from my 3/4 and 5 year old. It has shown no sign of wear.
The customer service team were also lovely as I had ordered it late for my daughters birthday and they speeded up delivery so she would have it in time.

Poor customer service
I ordered a few dolls and toaster for my daughters birthday. She was also bought the same doll by friends so I returned the one I ordered via rhe returns page online.
Return was taken to the inpost lockers. I tracked the parcel, it was delivered to them on 22nd July. I started chasing a week later and this is where things started to go wrong.
They eventually emailed back and told me they have recieved the parcel and would be in touch. A few more days later and they emailed to say the warehouse had not recieved what I posted but instead a jacket. I replied and advised this was incorrect as I had posted the doll, could they check with the inpost team re a mix up with parcels as this is the only explanation. We are now 6th August and I have still not had a response, they still have my money and my daughter is still without her birthday present. Very poor customer services.

We're really sorry to hear about your experience & truly understand how disappointing this must have been - especially around your daughter’s birthday.
After looking into this in detail, it appears that while the tracking showed the return as delivered, the courier had initially delivered it to the wrong location. When the parcel was retrieved, it unfortunately contained a different item.
Upon further investigation, it seems that InPost applied the wrong return labels to the wrong parcels, meaning we received someone else’s return & another retailer received yours.
We sincerely apologise for the delay in resolving this - it took longer than usual due to the complexity & the fact that this is the first time we've encountered this type of issue. I can confirm that a full refund has now been issued to you & an investigation has been opened with InPost & our returns system to ensure this doesn’t happen again.
Thank you for your patience while we worked to get this resolved & we're truly sorry again for the inconvenience caused.

First time using this company ⭐️
First time using this company. I bought something recently for my grandson’s birthday. Unfortunately, DPD messed up the delivery by delivering a very expensive package to the wrong address!
I got in contact with Scandiborn’s customer service and their delivery partner Tenderleaf sent out a replacement immediately while opening up an investigation into what went wrong with DPD.
Exceptional customer service!
In this day and age of online shopping, I’m always wary trying out new companies but I have been very impressed with their handling of this issue.
The replacement was received within 24hrs of my making the complaint and just in time for my grandson’s 1st birthday! I shall be shopping with them again, especially when they have such lovely things on their website!

Over and above Customer service
I unfortunately ordered the wrong walker for my Grandsons 1st birthday. With 3 days to go, I managed to reorder and email the company asking if they could guarantee delivery for the 3rd day. I then recieved a fantastic email saying they would send next day delivery guaranteed rather than 48 hours and it certainly was delivered the next day! Fantastic company, can't recommend them enough and very helpful. They made a 1 year old very happy! (And a grandparent). Thankyou

Efficient, variety of products and great customer service
Easy to use website, competitive prices and regular offers also available. Fast shipping with eco centred packaging. Issue with faulty product that was responded to promptly with very swift and helpful resolution by way of replacement product with no extra charge. Have purchased from this retailer on a number of occasions and would do so again.

Really poor materials considering the…
Really poor materials considering the price of the bed from Oliver Furniture.
Very surprised they decided to use different metals for high tensile screws and Allen keys clearly knows nothing about material compatibility.
Considering we spent close to £2000 on a three-year olds bed, I would say I’m massively underwhelmed by Scandiborn & Oliver’s Furniture - really poor.

I ordered a last min gift for my sister…
I ordered a last min gift for my sister before her baby arrived. It was delivered quickly however the item was faulty. I reached out to customer service and they were fantastic! First time purchasing from this website and the customer service is incredible. I ordered the Little Dutch 4-in-1 Trike within minutes of seeing they were back in stock, amongst the excitement I forgot to click the next day delivery option. I called their customer service team (huge shout out to Charlotte, my hero!) who helped update the order to ensure I’d receive it the next day in time for our holiday. My daughter loves it and had the best time tearing it up at the seaside in her new ride. I cannot recommend this company enough!

Great Customer Service / Problem Solving
We had an issue with a bbhugme pillow after a few months of use and reached out to Scandiborn with photos / asking what our options were. Keeley responded within 24 hours apologising and explaining the details they needed in order for them to contact the manufacturer on our behalf. Once we sent the batch number over, they again responded straight away confirming they would reach out to their supplier to review. The very next day we had a follow up email from Keeley confirming a replacement was on its way and their supplier sends their apologies. Fantastic customer service!

Wonderful Customer Service
The toys from Scandiborn are so lovely and the dolls house I purchased has been admired by all and most importantly, my granddaughter absolutely loves it. It was well packaged and sent out promptly.
Unfortunately there was a slight problem with the product which was dealt with most efficiently by Keeley. The Customer Happiness Team is well named! I cannot fault this company and will be using it again in the future.
