I have no idea how people l are giving such high ratings! The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because the people I have spoken to have been polite.
I ordered 2 bundles for Father’s Day, still haven’t received my orders. They have lost my order 2 or 3 times now. Each time I have to chase for an update. Tried to be understanding as it sounds like they’ve had a nightmare that’s out of their control but the lack of communication and update is ridiculous. £80 out of pocket still so have today decided to give up and request a refund. You would think there would be an element of hypercare given that most of their customers have been let down multiple times but it seems unless you chase you get nothing. I was offered some “freebies” as an apology which ended up being 2 bottles of free sauce - not particularly generous considering the situation. Now I need to find 2 fathers days gifts to replace these!

We placed an order recently and were seriously impressed. Not only are their sauces full of bold, brilliant flavour, but the delivery was really quick. The order arrived sooner than expected, and everything was packed with care – no leaks, no dented bottles, just a box of pure saucy goodness ready to hit the table.

Top marks for a slick, hassle-free service – we’ll definitely be ordering again.

Very good communication-

Although my order was lost not once, but twice, they were very apologetic and kept me well informed and added free gifts!

I personally don't like hot sauce, but my hubby says it's delicious!

So far I have had the sauce family box a range of everything simmer sauce and food sauces they CANNOT be beaten on taste I love ALL the flavors.. also have the whole range of summer sauce that I use in my slow cooker YUMMM.... What more can I say the variety box is so useful a taste of everything!! I made an inquiry about a delivery today!! And it was dealt with immediately!! B... Solve!! Even though this was not due to a problem with them.. SORTED out in under an hour... Unreal... It's the only shop I buy my sauce from now and in future!! Delicious 😋

I paid for goods on Monday the website said express delivery, by Thursday my goods had not been shipped, so I contacted the company and was assured my goods would go out Thursday and I would get them Friday, Friday comes and my goods still havnt been shipped, I contact the company again and I'm just belt fed excuses oh yeah a label has been printed, we're seeing orders leave, and then the you should have your goods by Tuesday, in this day and age how is over 7 days express delivery?

Edit 1 order arrived Saturday, however it was deficient an item which again shows lack of attention to detail and a general lack of care for customers, phoned this morning and was told it would be sent for delivery we will wait and see how long this takes

I use sauce shop for my business. Amazing product and excellent communication.

Really poor service. Ordered the father’s day box. Arrived late. Items were missing, an incorrect item was included in the order and 2 items were unlabelled.
Contacted Sauce Shop and was told replacement items would be delivered. These never arrived. Contacted them again and was advised my order had been lost and replacement items would be sent for a second time plus some complimentary products. Still not received the ordered after 1-2weeks and they’ve stopped responded to emails.
Won’t be placing any future orders which is a shame as the sauces are good.

Excellent customer service, great communication and delicious products.

I really hope the Sauce shop get their delivery issues sorted soon. They have been so good at keeping us informed.

We love the sauces we get from the sauce shop. We recently bought some, which had a couple of issues due to problems they were experiencing with their distribution, they were very helpful at resolving the problem and have great customer service. We will be be ordering from them again.

I purchased a Father’s Day hamper for my husband and due to recent challenges with distribution, the parcel never arrived. It might seem strange to give 5 stars given this situation but I am so impressed with the brand’s ownership of this issue, straight talking & proactive communication and clear desire to make things right. So refreshing and authentic. I will defo keep ordering and enjoying the products they sell. Thank you team sauce shop!

When my order hadn’t arrived within 2 weeks I queried this with the company, they had already sent an email out by that point to all customers affected by delays explaining that there were some difficulties with orders due to a third party. Once I contacted them about my order I received a reply shortly after from Kat who was extremely apologetic and sent out my order promptly along with a few goodies to make up for the delay, my order was received about 4 days later and I’m delighted with it! I know Sauce Shop are getting some bad reviews just now due to delays but I’ve rated them highly today purely because of the empathetic and apologetic staff and the excellent customer service they gave once I reached out to them. They really seemed to be trying their best and I’d definitely order again

I ordered a Father’s Day sauce hamper, which unexpectedly took ages to arrive, and wasn’t right when it did - so I was initially very disappointed. However, I contacted customer services and they were extremely responsive and apologetic. I was already aware there had been some issues with a new company they had out-sourced their packing and shipping to. They put the issue right and went above and beyond what I expected to rectify the mistake. I was really happy with their response and felt it said a lot about the ethos of their company. It restored my confidence in them and I’d be more than happy to order again. Plus the sauces are delicious!

I received an order very recently and I must say I’m absolutely blown away by these sauces! We have tried most of the set (17) already and using daily on salads and chicken you name it. Was keen to source products that were more natural and couldn’t be more impressed!! So glad I found you!

Also must say excellent communication and service from the customer service team recently. 10/10

Beautiful sauces, perfect if you like plenty of flavour and a bit of heat. We are slowly working our way through the selection on offer, with repeat orders on our favourites.
Recently I did have a small issue with delivery. I phoned customer service and spoke to a lovely representative who listened was polite and helpful. My order was investigated and the issue resolved very quickly. I will definitely continue to order from the sauce shop!

Good sauce but something has clearly gone wrong. Had an apology email 8 days ago fair enough but then absolutely nothing else since. Don’t have a clue if my order is coming, being processed or just lost.

Thought all this had been sorted and the answer seemed to be good, week after the delivery was due it’s still not delivered and no reply through email. 6 weeks to have some sauce delivered, madness.

I would have really liked to try these sauces but unfortunately the order didn’t arrive in the time specified. I had ordered in good time for Fathers Day on 1 June but there was a delay. After I had chased I was told it would definitely arrive for Father’s Day but it did not. Package was then marked as being sent but it was not. I understand there are issues with their new delivery provider which isn’t their fault but it is a massive let down. Didn’t have time to get an alternative Father’s Day present as I didn’t know that it definitely wasn’t going to arrive until the day before Father’s Day. But do feel misled as I was reassured that it would arrive in time, but it didn’t.
As soon as I had asked for a refund this was issued, just waiting for it to come through now, so that’s good.
I think this company had really good reviews prior to this so I hope that they are now changing their delivery company before they harm their brand.
I would like to try these sauces one day but I don’t think I would be placing an order just now.

Complete scammers - still
Not received my order after over 3 weeks. They keep saying it’s been sent next day but are lying. Awful customer service. I’ve reported them to my bank for theft

SO disappointed with sauce shop. Ordered two gifts sets 10 days before Father’s Day, they guaranteed they would arrive by the date. By the Tuesday they still had not arrived so I again emailed and they guaranteed they would be there. Unfortunately on the Saturday afternoon I got an email to say they was unlikely to arrive and they had supply problems. I fully appreciate things happen but to guarantee twice they would be there stopped me getting our dads anything else. I then had to wait for a response on the Tuesday in which they told me my products were lost and asked if I wanted to reorder which I did as my dad still hadn’t had a present to be told they were still unsure when these would be delivered so I gave up and asked for a refund. I was out of pocket for two and a half weeks. Certainly will not be using them again.
