Easy, fast and exactly what I ordered
I had so much trouble getting a part and so fraustrated. I found the part online and it was quicker than promised. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

We're truly sorry to hear about your experience. We completely understand how frustrating this has been, especially when dealing with medical devices that aren’t easy or cheap to replace.
The recent vape law changes are completely out of our control, and even with our ODC license and TGA notifications, some orders still get delayed in customs. We know that’s not the experience you expected from us.
We did our best to keep customers updated via email while we waited for restocks, but we're genuinely sorry if you felt let down. This isn’t the satinca experience we aim to deliver, and we really appreciate your honest feedback.
