My first experience with Santana was great until my GG Monogram Gucci suitcase was stolen from their store. Now I am struggling to get reimbursed for this high end item. They have offered me 240.00 for an item that is worth over $2000. I was not expecting to get the full amount back but 240 is a slap in the face. I have been going round the houses with them numerous emails and we still do not have a resolution. I wonder if there are any other customers in Atlanta that have experienced the same trying to be reimbursed. They claim they use consignment websites to work out the cost which i think is totally wrong but even then you could never purchase a suitcase on one of these sites for $240.00.
They handle high end goods and their insurers are there to cover situations such as theft but as usual insurance companies do not want to pay out.
This is disgusting.
