We were charged £395 for a Saniflo expert to replace a Saniflo (took under 1h) but the job wasn't completed according to the instructions. We were left with the connecting pipe kinked against the macerator and when we ask head office for a rectification they said it was a separate job. So, we ended up calling another plumber to fix this otherwise the macerator motor would have burnt.
I have added a second star because the response time was really good and the engineer came promptly to the site.

Excellent and professional service from both Olivia (office) and Jordan who came out first thing B/H weekend and job done in 45 minutes without any “oohs & aaghs”

We recently moved into a property with a macerator which was in urgent need of a service. I telephoned SS and explained the situation and they couldn’t have been more helpful. They arranged for one of their engineers to visit in a couple of days. Having disconnected the unit he gave us an initial report and showed us what he had discovered and our options ie service, cleanse or renew. As we had no idea how old the unit was or whether it had actually been serviced previously, we opted for a new unit. This was installed immediately with no second visit required. The whole process took less than 2 hours. We cannot fault the engineer who was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of the questions we had politely and clearly. He was an extremely clean worker and left no mess. We were very impressed with the level of service provided and would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone else.

Peter successfully cleared our blocked Saniflo toilet unit. He arrived within the 2 hour time slot and sent a message 15mins beforehand. Peter was professional in his work, gave good advice and sanitised the area once he’d finished. I would highly recommend him.

Super star Jordan visited us due to our toilet hose popping off (water everywhere). Saniflo were super efficient with communications and scheduling! Receptionist Olivia was very efficient clear and responsive in setting up the appointment. The accuracy of the appointment time was better than expected.
Paul the engineer did a very good job. He was knowledgeable, polite and had good communication skills fully explaining what he was doing. Completed the installation in an hour. Was very tidy and cleaned up any mess.
Overall a very good experience.

Great service. We had a broken macerator in one of our flats, Andy came out the same day and we had a new one fitted the next day. We did have to pay a deposit for the new macerator but I have no problem with that as we are new customers.

Had a problem on Saturday morning. Left a message on the answering service and was contacted by text same day with an offer of an appointment today. Kept me updated throughout.
Engineer Craig was totally respectful of our property. He pinpointed the problem, showed me what it was and what needed to be done and then talked through all my options. Craig left the bathroom clean and tidy - he’s a credit to the company.
