Purchased my new MINI today and am delighted with it and with the service I received. Fran and Chris were extremely helpful and made everything really simple for me. Car looked beautiful with my big red bow on front and it felt really special. Hand over was excellent, Fran made sure I was totally happy with everything before I left. I would recommend this branch of MINI to anyone. Great Job, 10 out of 10 from me. Thanks Fran!

Fantastic experience all round
Fantastic experience all round.
Alex was brilliant. Genuine nice guy and cares about his customers. Chris was fantastic too and got me a cracking deal on my new car and my part exchanges.
Very very happy! Everyone is great in Mini Huddersfield from reception all the way through to management.
Highly recommended! And LOVE my new Mini ❤️❤️❤️

Excellent customer service
I recently bought a used mini from Sandal MINI Huddersfield. We were looked after throughout the process by Ethan who was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The handover was a delight. I absolutely love my car and I recommend anyone considering buying a Mini to give Sandal MINI Huddersfield a visit.

Alex every step of the way
Alex every step of the way, from July 2023 to January 2024. 5 stars for Alex simply isn’t enough I would double it. Alex is really good at his job and the most likeable person too. I found Alex easy to get along with and so knowledgeable. Reverse till the red light starts best tip ever!! All the best Alex you deserve it. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

What a lovely bunch!
All of the team that helped me were brilliant. Alex, Ethan and Chris.
They were really honest, and wanted to help me get what was right for ME, rather than push me to buy something they wanted to sell.
So happy with my MINI, and would definitely recommend this branch to someone.

Seeing as though my last review was…
Seeing as though my last review was removed; wouldn’t recommend these to anyone. Brilliant sales, but after care is shocking and they don’t carry out agreed work before you collect the car. Was told our car would receive a service before collection, didn’t happen. Gave them chance to rectify to be told ‘we wouldn’t have agreed to a service’. Car had to be cleaned infront of us upon collection because the valet team had done such a poor job. Car required a new front grill which was also not sorted for collection day. Avoid like the plague

Sandal Huddersfield Mini - Excellent!!!
Always a fabulous welcome at Sandal Huddersfield Mini, extremely helpful and it’s a huge plus that Dogs are welcome in the showroom 🐾 nothing is too much trouble. I purchased a new Mini on 10/09/2023 with Gary, the entire process was seem less… as always! I part exchanged my current BMW 1 series, which I had purchased brand new from the BMW side of Sandal Huddersfield 2.5 years ago, again with Gary and received the same excellent service! Prior to purchasing from here I had used the BMW service department for my company vehicle and this is what initially lead to me making a purchase, purely due to their professionalism and high standards of service. I would highly recommend Sandal Huddersfield Mini and BMW and will continue to purchase and use their services going forward.
