How professional Craig is
Craig was so helpful, with all the information i needed to start applying fir this job. Craig did answer all the questions i needed, i think in a day he would receive 2 to 3 emails from me,he would still come back with information i needed. Craig made my application, interview so easy for me and also getting my references which was a bit if a problem .I would to thank Craig for making feel at ease by faith to such a move to an island i had never been, but with Craig assurance he helped my anxiety. I am still navigating, but evryone here is so helpful and Craig is still helpful when i need some information.
What i liked is Craig dealt with everything professionally. Thank you so much.
I am enjoying my work, sunshine.
Would not hesitate to refer anyone who needs a job to Craig, 200%

Very transparent and ready to work with you
I sent a CV on indeed.
I Was reached out to pretty fast.
Craig Osborne was my point of contact throughout.
Application was seemless mostly, any problems I had, I was never left alone. Communication back and forth was great. Near the end of my application process I ran into some personal issues, that prevented me from starting on the initial start date I had. This was also accommodated. To an exceptional degree of integrity!
I was checked in on regularly.
Kept updated.
Still going through the paper work and documents so when it's a good time for me I'd be ready get started straight away.
Honestly I felt valued part of a team before I even started my placement. I still reach out if and when needed also just check in every so often.

Tough but worthwhile experience.Throughout the whole process I felt…
Throughout the whole process I felt that I was given good sound advice and feedback regarding where I was up to. My contact was very prompt in linking me to the Jersey people. The checks and clearance process was lengthy and really quite intimidating but he was very encouraging and kept my hopes up. I also felt that he was always quick to acknowledge me whenever I fed back or expressed any concerns. He also sold the island to me right from the start when I was still thinking of applying and after I got the job he kept reassuring me right through the clearance. He was a great go-between and I felt like I knew him by the time I made the transition.I am happy I took on the challenge and his good advice. I feel like I am going to enjoy this life change.

Great agency to work for
Great agency to work for. I joined very recently looking for a very specific part time role. I had been looking for months with no success, then along came Nathan from Sanctuary. He found me the role I wanted, put me forward for interview, and supported me through the application and payroll system. There was no pushiness, everything was at my pace and on my terms.
