I drove to Leicester from rugby on a recce to locate the company spoke to the gentleman who owns the company explained my problem, a fiat instrument cluster issue, no sooner had I arrived, as I say just on a recce,my car was fixed in not much more than an hour, at an absolute bargain price compared with main dealer, first class service 👍

Sancars successfully fixed my dead Defender instrument cluster and sent it back to me the same day they received it! Plugged it in and it works perfectly. No issues, no quarrels, just rapid and successful repair. Sancars succeeded where another company failed to even diagnose the issue with my instrument cluster.

Sancars fully justify their high rating. Reasonable price, very prompt service and good communications.

Replaced my Astra information screen while I waited (30 mins). Excellent service and price.

My SLK R172 250cdi had the Electronic Steering Lock failure problem, Luckily it failed in the open position.

A bit of research on Google led me to Sancars. I removed the Electronic Ignition Switch and sent it and a key to Sancars.

48 hours later, they were returned to me, (West Coast of Scotland to Leicester and back in 48 hours!)

Half an hour later, the plug which used to go in the ESL, is plugged into the emulator and the car is started.

A sterling service throughout, well done Sancars.

I have an issue with Air Regas and went to one othe Hamilton regas place. waited for 1 hour and very poor service. Then friend of mine said to visit SANCARS and there was no issue with car and solve my problem in a quick time. Well done team SANCARS

Searched on google for no ignition on my. Mercedes c220cdi amg 2014,mercedes said there was a recall on 2014 models but not on mine took that with a pinch of dmsalt serched on google found Sancars of Leicester rang them up told me exactly what to do and what to bring with me to do the repair was their only 1 hour all fixed,absolutely 1st class works a treat

Sent screen for repair Thursday 12/06,
returned Tuesday 17/06, fitted and working perfectly within the hour, it cannot get any better, just outstanding service and well informed throughout.

Very responsive and quick to reply to messages. Sent the part away to be repaired, arrived one day, received a call to advise what has been repaired and it was sent back the following day. Super quick, would recommend.

Mercedes W204 steering lock emulator, posted EIS and key on Tuesday and received said parts plus programmed emulator back on Thursday. Fitted parts back on car and all working, many thanks.

I had an issue with an SLK instrument cluster. Sent it to Sancars late on Thursday it was delivered to them approx 11am on Friday. After a couple of messages and phone calls a replacement unit was sent to me, already coded. Received it Saturday morning and connected it and pushed it into place. Everything working fine. A pleasure to deal with and competitively priced. Would definitely use the ma again
