Force de vente vs qualité des produits
Le point très négatif : façon d'aborder les passant-es. Quasi forcées de suivre à l'intérieur de la boutique. Discours très bien rodé ( trop qui peut faire fuir). Étant 2, nous avons pris la chose pour nous amuser. J'ai totalement refusé le test pour les cernes car peau très sensible, fragile à cet endroit. Vu le résultat de mon amie le soir même (genre écailles sous les yeux), j'ai eu raison malgré l'insistance de la vendeuse.
En revanche j'ai acheté l'exfoliant et la crème pour le corps. Le test a été extrêmement top. La réduction des prix m'a incité à acheter et je ne suis pas déçue de mon achat (les 2 valent autant que des produits de marques connues avec de piètres résultats..).
Cependant, pas dupe de cette ristourne soi-disant pour la journée uniquement. 🤔
Que les vendeurs et vendeuses modifient leur approche. Personnellement, ça me fait fuir et pas tentée de retourner à la boutique. Raison pour laquelle je mets 3 étoiles

This place is a gem find with superior customer service. The team at this shop were so friendly, chatted with me, answered all my questions, and recommended me proper products fit for my needs. Mazeda worked with me throughout my time at the shop, and is very knowledgable and kind. I'll recommend here to anyone looking for skincare and come back.

Great customer service
I was very impressed by the knowledge of the person who served me, named Hamza. He was very professional and I was amazed by the performance of the products that I got to try. - I liked the nail kit that made my nails shine without any polish, which I didn't know was possible! I also wasnt expecting to see that this smooth cream for your face would exfoliate so gently and yet so well that I could see the dead skin come off when I tested it on my wrist, leaving my skin visibly brighter. I chose to buy two nail kits this time because of how useful it will be to me, and the person I am gifting it to, to have nice nails without having to get them done as we both work with our hands . Overall a great experience. Thank you.

I was approached on the street in London by a lovely chatty salesman and pressured into going inside the shop. Even though I told him I was in a hurry. Once in, he kept talking at me nonstop, until I almost gave in and bought a nail kit just to get out of there. When I insisted that I wanted to think about it and maybe come back later, he turned aggressive, telling me to go on, get out … I was physically pushed by my shoulders out of the store. I laughed at the audacity, but relieved to get out. Stay well away from this place and their high-pressure, intimidating tactics. I must add,
All of these responses to poor reviews from their customer relations team apologising… 😂 shut up!!! … you train your staff to act like this. Who are you trying to kid?
If your products were that good, you’d never have to behave in this way.
