Very pleased with my purchase excellent service

Great service helpful and quick

When it came to buying an expensive item for our home, my wife spends hours—actually days—researching and reading reviews. After narrowing it down to two barbecues, we were left choosing between a Weber and the Sahara range.
Although the Weber looked good, many recent reviews suggested the brand had gone downhill over the last few years, particularly when it comes to customer service. The Sahara range, on the other hand, consistently received excellent reviews.
We visited Dobbies Garden Centre to see the Sahara X450 in person and were instantly impressed by its appearance, build quality, and features. We bought it that same day.
By bedtime, I had assembled it in just over two hours, with only about 10 minutes of help from my wife. The instructions were clear, and everything fitted together well.
If you're looking for a high-quality, robust gas BBQ, I can highly recommend the Sahara X450. It looks fantastic, feels built to last, and I'm confident it's going to provide years of great outdoor cooking.
We paid £549 at Dobbies, which we felt was excellent value for the quality.

Initially sent the wrong cover - but easy mistake to make as very similar in name and looks. Emailed to let them know and they had another one shipped out to me that very day. The service earned the 5 stars!

I had an issue with the BBQ when it arrived, a part had been manufactured incorrectly meaning I couldn’t build it! 5* you’re wondering?

Within an hour I had the part dispatched to me, no hassle or aggravation. Yes it’s annoying it not being perfect first time round but that’s life, all the company can do is resolve it excellently and that’s what they did!

I ordered some replacement parts for my x450, which is an excellent barbecue. One of the parts was damaged in transit but the Customer Service team sent a replacement out immediately and their communication was excellent
