I’m extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received. I waited a full week beyond my original delivery date only to be told my order had been lost in transit. After explaining that the items were needed for an upcoming holiday, I was assured that a replacement would be processed “as a matter of urgency.”

However, the new confirmation email now states an expected delivery date of 21st August — which is not only far from urgent, but also means I will miss the order entirely due to being away. I fail to see how processing a replacement 21 days after the original order reflects any sense of urgency.

To add to this, I’ve received multiple emails asking me to review an order that never arrived, which has only made the experience more frustrating.

Prefer 3 full children strips. Pair of socks missing. Emailed but no reply

Ordering is easy and delivery was quick…but…I need to return the item and it is proving very difficult. I found the returns portal difficult to find, it then asked me for info that was on my email, which I’ve deleted ie order number. There are 2 numbers on the package, but it won’t accept them. Tried ringing the 24hour help, only to find it’s a robot, and it asked me for the same number. I’m having a rest before I try again…it is extremely frustrating, and you should make it a lot easier!!!!!!

Good service and easy to manoeuvre around ticketing. But I have paid for my Rennes tickets for next week and still not recieved the email enabling me to download them.

I ordered my grandson the new football strip on the 29th of July. I got an email saying it had been delayed so I spoke to someone and they have told me it hasn't even been sorted yet as I wanted his name of the back. I will never ever buy from these again
