Horrible Customer Service
I ordered a road sofa for my Harley Street Glide, specifically requesting all whisper (no perforations) and a black thumb screw for the seat. It takes several weeks, and when the seat was delivered last week, I opened the box to find it had perforations and a chrome thumb screw instead. At first, I thought I had made a mistake when ordering, but after checking the invoice, it was clear that they had sent the wrong order entirely.
The next day, I called to request a replacement seat, and they agreed. I also asked for a return shipping label to be sent as soon as possible since my wife and I were going on vacation. When the label didn’t arrive, I sent an email but received no response. So, I called again, emphasizing the urgency of getting the label because we were leaving for vacation the next day.
The person I spoke to, named Scott, responded that their return process doesn’t revolve around my vacation schedule. When I expressed frustration with his comment, he told me to stop "coming at him." I then calmly asked if they could accommodate a special request to expedite the label, considering the significant errors they had made on my order. He seemed annoyed but put me on hold to check. After 30 minutes, he came back, likely surprised I was still waiting, only to inform me that they couldn’t accommodate my request.
This was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I will never buy from them again, nor will I recommend them to any of my biking friends. Stay away from Saddlemen.
