Excellent service, was kept updated from start to finish with pictures, friendly staff, would recommend to family and friends. Thank you very much.

The service we had from the company was great - from our initial request for information, to having the treatment done. We could not fault the customer service, I would recommend them to anyone who wants to prolong the life of a precious vehicle. They did some welding for us before treatment and sent photos each day to explain what was happening & what needed to be done.
We're looking forward to our van staying in one piece for many more years 😀 update : just had our annual check & sills retreated - all free!

Having done my research it seemed to me that Rustec, Malmesbury were the best to undertake work on my car…was I right?? You bet I was, they are everything they claim to be and more. I travelled down to them from Essex having had helpful conversations with them before hand…they even offer a free loan car if required. I was greeted kindly and assured of the work to be undertaken and the detailed stages the car would go through. I was also assured that if at all possible the work would be completed by Wednesday evening as I had to get back for meetings. Off I went and from then on I was kept fully informed with detailed photos of the stages of the treatment, ending with a car with an underside that looked as if it had just come out of the Factory. Collected again mid afternoon Wednesday as promised.
I cant say more, excellent all round, thorough and reliable, a pleasure to work with and I would totally recommend them for any work of this type that you need. Thanks Rustec….10 out of 10 from me. Robin.

5 stars is just not enough!

Lloyd knows his stuff and goes way out of his way to explain what is being done and why! Helen can’t be more proactive sending progress photos, sorting the loan car or just reconfirming anything! Hidden in the wings there are a group of perfectionists providing the high standards it feels like Lloyd demands!

One of my favourite comments was from Lloyd saying that the performance of the product will be fine but in one or two locations he wasn’t able to get it perfectly flat because of existing issues. Its the underside of a Landrover!!!!

Not only does Rustec do what it says on the tin they go way beyond.

The best thing is that there is the opportunity to catch up every year for the 12 month check. Will be doing that just to be in touch.

Unlike many other professionals I never felt like there was a challenge to get more, increase the service and grow the cost. Quite the reverse.

Above and beyond in my view well worth 10 out of 5!

Also, to note. I have no idea what you guys did, but my steering wheel is not shaking nearly half as much! It was odd being on the motorway on the drive home and able to drive at 70 mph without getting white finger.

Took my Land Rover in to Rustec after hearing good things from a few mates, and honestly, they didn’t disappoint. The team were friendly, professional, and clearly know their stuff when it comes to rustproofing. They showed me underneath before and after the treatment – the difference was night and day. It’s reassuring to know the chassis is now fully protected, especially for the kind of off-road driving I do.

Booking was easy, communication was spot on, and they even gave me a courtesy car while mine was in. Definitely recommend these guys if you care about keeping your vehicle in good shape long-term. Cheers Rustec!

Excellent, superb, perfect, outstanding...... all of the afore mentioned and more to describe the service provided, customer relations and the whole team. On arrival, Lloyd went through the process in full, showed me a vehicle that they were doing at the time and explained everything in great detail. I was constantly updated during the whole treatment of the vehicle by Helen ( many thanks to you too) with lots of pictures at each stage.
I would highly recommend having your vehicle done here because, they do a top notch job..... you get what you pay for.

My car had the full Dinatrol treatment. What can I say? A great company? Absolutely! Lloyd explained the process and that they would need the car for 4 days and also offered a courtesy car for the duration of the work. The whole process was seamless. I was kept informed of progress every day together with photo's at each stage (106 in total!) Credit and a big thank you to Helen, Lloyd and Josh. I'll be back for an annual check next year.

Although out in the country (approx 11 miles from Kemble or Swindon stations), the services offered made it tempting for me to have my car inspected and fully Dinitrol rustproofed. The process, as fully explained on their website, is very thorough, ensuring that as much rust of any sort is cleaned and removed where possible, then treated with a stabiliser and coated, including in the hidden areas of chassis arms, etc. Although seemingly expensive I feel that the costs are worth it for the amount of work carried out and known quality materials used, plus it will add years to the life of the car body, and suspension and chassis components. With a free annual check up it adds peace of mind also.
