This Trucking center is the worse I ever been to they are so racist in there. I took my truck in for service a week ago and they ain’t even look at my truck then I picked it up left my car in there parking lot for 2 days then they had my car towed because I didn’t want them to keep my truck another week to do repairs so now I have to pay for a tow and my truck still not fixed every time I come here it’s the same thing they don’t have no good intentions for people of color and the general manager Jim Uteg laughed in my face when I told him that he got my car towed off they lot just plain wrong. Never come here go to rush in Gary if you want good service.

This location on rush truck center really rid me off with labor end part over price hay work on my truck fro 4 -5 hr end charging me for 10 hrs labor over 2000 dollars is ridiculous really sucks never coming back end I’m not recommending no one else there

They are screwing up people, I had a breakdown of my box truck in Little Rock and the took my truck to this centre, after I was told that the transmission needs to be changed and the cause of the failure was output shaft , after their repair I drove just 32.000 miles and had the same breakdown in Dallas area, after I took the truck to Southwest International dealer as an Allisson approved dealership to get it fixed under the warranty given by the rush centre. After checking, the Southwest international told me that the cause was the failure of the output shaft which failed because of ride heigh valve failure. Now rush decline to change the transmission under the warranty given by them. I even tried to find a compromise with them and offered that I would pay the other costs besides the transmission, but they declined my offer as well. Please see attached all the proofs that I have showing that they just screwed me up .
Be careful and never use their centre as they are treating people in really bad manner and giving a warranty which doesn’t cover anything.

Truck #27 you tried to prevent me from merging to the freeway shame on you. When u saw my phone come out you slowed down. You could have caused an accident please learn to drive your company truck safe at all times.

I would not recommend going with anything with a paccar engine.. it’s been 9 days so far to change the fuel pump that’s under warranty.. they said they have to follow the paccar procedure.. never again

People please don't buy a used truck if you can afford get a new one. This people sold me a truck with so many issues and the warranty they sold me never covered any repairs. Bad people bad company. Sad fellow drivers run away from them 😢 lost my truck and my money. Baddddd

HORRIBLE experience after bringing our commercial vehicle here. Not only did they break the law over and over again. They openly admitted to breaking the law and showed to remorse or reconciliation for doing so. They lied about ordering parts and having them in transit. They allegedly did work that was not permitted and charged 3-4X the amount for what the vehicle was initially brought in for, on repairs that were never permitted or addressed as being an issue. And kept the vehicle for over a month only to have the initial repair actually complete. Do yourself a favor and stay FAR FAR AWAY from Rush Truck Center. These people are as crooked as they come.

Great place to get parts from for my trucks. Call in usually have parts the same day or next. Delivery guy friendly.

Truck has been in the shop for over 2 months for a warrantied items. No help with a loaner, no known date of when it will be completed. Even called Peterbilt customer service 3 time over the last week & they told me a regional manager would contact me. I've yet to receive a call from anyone.

I guess I should have read reviews for Rush Truck Center before buying a truck here. What a mistake! First of all, we own a family trucking company and my son just got his CDL license and was excited about buying his first truck. We thought we found a good solid truck online at Rush Truck Center in North Little Rock Arkansas. We obtained financing and they sent out an inspector who gave the truck a good to go pass so they wired them the funds and we went to pick it up. This was a 3 hour drive one way but we thought it was worth it for a good solid truck. We get there and the truck is not as advertised because we purchased a manual transmission but we’re given an automatic transmission. When we asked about this they stated they didn’t even have manual transmission trucks on the lot. We asked why the stock paperwork inside the truck said manual and they could not explain. We told them that automatic transmission trucks are a good bit cheaper in sales price as they are not as sought after by truck drivers due to horsepower. It would appear they advertise one thing yet sell you another. This is highly unethical and I’m pretty sure illegal. False advertising! Now we move on to cranking the truck up and low and behold the DEF gauges do not work. This is a huge problem or will be on down the road because the truck will eventually go into Drate and shut down causing you all sorts of financial problems! Remember an inspection was done indicating all systems were good and no issues. Evidently the truck was never cranked during the inspection. When we bring this up they just shrug their shoulders like “Oh Well!” The truck has now been sitting in their shop for over a month and my son has not been able to do the first load with it! What a disappointing way for a young driver to get his start with being a semi truck owner. This has been a horrible experience! We have had to plead, annoy, threaten and whatever else it takes to even get them to do anything. I am ready now to just tell the loan company to retrieve their funds and I will purchase my son a truck from a reputable dealership because with everything they have done thus far, I don’t trust them at all! They have not given me any reason to and don’t really seem to be apologetic about any of it! Do not buy a truck from this company because I promise you will regret it!!!!!

Called to check on truck that should have been delivered months ago . Spoke with Matt, not a very pleasant person . Told me you get truck when you get it . Maybe he fell asleep during the customer service class he was in . Poor service
