Nicht zu empfehlen.

Habe dort bestellt, weil gute Schuhe zu fairen Preisen gelistet waren. Sofort bezahlt und drei Wochen gewartet.
Dann dem Shop geschrieben und erst auf Nachfrage erfahren, dass die Schuhe ausverkauft sind, bzw. nie geliefert wurden.

Es gab keine Kulanzlösung, die alternativ angebotenen Schuhe hätten 70 € Aufpreis gekostet.

Gelderstattung ging dann zum Glück schnell. Nach meiner Erfahrung kein zuverlässiger Händler

I've bought 5 pairs of running shoes from Running Warehouse for the past 2.5 years. I've had 100% fast, free delivery with competitive pricing. One pair of NB blew out the sole (6 months), so I contacted RW, I was sent a free return label, store credit, or refund (I chose for store credit). Everything went very smoothly and timely. Within 2 weeks, I received my replacement for the NB. Last week, I ordered another pair of HOKA that were on sale. Three days later, my wife decided she also wanted a pair of the HOKA. I noticed the price had been discounted even further since I ordered mine 3 days earlier. So I simply sent RW a message and my shoes were price matched to the new lower price and credited back. Again, all communications, responses, and shipping were very very expedient! I appreciated excellent experiences like this and will continue to support RW! Thank you!

I had a very good experience with Running Warehouse Europe. I bought a pair of shoes but found them a bad fit for my feet. (I find shoe companies often change the fit with new versions of shoes making them difficult to but on-line. WHY ?) Anyway the return process, Ireland to Germany, which I was nervous about was great. I could print a postage prepaid return label send them off and receive a refund via PayPal without a hitch. Took a couple of weeks for the whole process to work through but that's OK. I would use Running Warehouse again whatever about Altra shoes.

Simply dreadful
I returned a pair of shoes two whole weeks ago. I rang them last week and they confirmed that they had received the shoes the day after I returned them and said I would receive my money - nearly $160 - within a couple of days. Two whole weeks later I have been advised by email that they have indeed received the shoes and am likely to receive my money in 5-7 business days. Simply disgusting and sharp business practice. The shoes were in perfect condition as they were tried on once so there is no excuse: either they are venal or they are shambolic and will be going bust soon. I hope so.

Compré unas zapatillas para ultra trail de la marca ADIDAS, que obviamente no pude probarme porque la tienda es on line. Cuando sali a correr con ellas, el cuello de la zapatilla era muy rigido y me presionaba tanto los maleolos de ambos pies, que tuve que parar despues de 10km del dolor que me producian. Me puse en contacto con ellos y me dijeron que no podian devolverme el dinero porque la zapatilla no estaba defectuosa. Asi que ahora tengo una zapatilla de 125€ que no me sirve para nada. Creo que una empresa como esta, y una marca como adidas, deberian responder mejor a sus clientes y no permitir que un cliente se quede sin poder utilizar un articulo, DE ALTA TECNOLOGIA, para la actividad para la que se supone que esta diseñado, y todo por no admitir la devolucion o el cambio por otro modelo de zapatilla. Espero que recapaciten y se pongan en contacto conmigo para resolver este asunto de manera satisfactoria.

Lieferung schnell wie DHL, On Cloud Schuhe fehlerhaft mit starken Kleberückständen im Stoff. Reklamation wurde eingeleitet, keine Kulanz, keine Support bei Zollabwicklung. Bei Reklamation aus nicht EU ist man dort hilflos. Somit für mich ein absolutes No Go!

I recently tried to return two pairs of shoes that I ordered from Running Warehouse Europe. I felt that I needed to travel more than the length of my 48 sq meter apartment, so I ran outside in them for a few minutes. While running in them, I realized that my feet slipped around inside the shoes since they were slightly too large (it was my first time ordering in European sizes, and I must have miscalculated). I cleaned them off so there were no scuffs, dirt, or stains on them, returning them in essentially unused conditions. Running Warehouse Europe refused to accept my return. I asked for an in-store credit and they refused that as well.

I have purchased at least a dozen shoes over the last 8 years from Running Warehouse in the US, and never had any issues like this with returning them. Even if they were worn multiple times, I could still get an in-store credit, and I did not realize that RunningWarehouse-Europe had such a different policy. I feel that as runners, they should understand how important it is to get a shoe that feels right when running, not just when trying them indoors. For this reason, I will not be purchasing shoes from Running Warehouse-Europe again.

First they shipped me someone else's order. Then they suggested a full refund, since they had a policy to not ship replacement orders internationally. I did not like that solution, and I told them. From there, I got the best service thinkable.

They sent me my own order with express delivery and gave me a store credit for the trouble. This back and forth, including shipment only took about 5 days extra. So it turned out very well in the end.

I purchased a running shorts and a singlet, btw. Quality and sizes were as expected and the prices were favourable.

I will not hesitate to place another order there.

El plazo de entrega estupendo.
El problema fue cuando abrí el paquete, la caja venía con el número de zapatillas correspondiente pero las zapatillas tenían otro número.
Si no saben hacer coincidir el número de zapatillas con la que pone en la caja, pues mal vamos.
No pienso comprar nunca más.

I live in Auckland, NZ, I couldn't find the shoes in my size in Auckland and I really, really wanted and had to have these shoes, my darling son in Perth was buying them as a birthday present to encourage me to get out there and start walking again, as I love to do, and I was instructed to get my feet tested and buy top quality footwear, I looked around stores locally and found the shoes I loved, but not in my size, they were supportive, appropriate and super/ultra modern and great looking, so I looked online and the internet steered me to Running Warehouse in Australia, I bought online 16th April and received approximately 10 days later...everything in perfect order, the right shoes, the right size....gorgeous shoes, VERY happy customer...thanks Running Warehouse....HIGHLY recommend! 👍😀👍

They scam you! They sold me knock off shoes that fell apart within days! And when I explained this They said, since you wore them, no returns. PLEASE DON'T BUY FROM THEM!

I’ve been buying Hokas from RW since someone told me about them at a wedding 6 years ago, all from RW....I had a return issue and they handled it no problem....clearly they value their customers and their reputation more than a few bucks.....very much appreciated.....

Super Service, DHL hat mein Paket in eine Packstation umgeleitet und dann festgestellt, dass es dafür nicht geeignet ist und es an den Absender zurück geschickt. Running warehouse hat es mir, obwohl sie nicht Schuld daran waren, kostenlos nochmals zugesandt. Sehr nette, zügige Kommunikation. Ware auch top. Und sehr schön, dass auch unterschiedliche Schuhweiten angeboten werden, dass findet man in Deutschland kaum.

There is no more free returns from UK and they say there might be additional fees and costs for return that they cannot advise! I am left totally in dark and dont know what to do with the running shoes that I recently bought but want to return! If you live in UK, dont buy from them

Not a better place to buy your shoes..I have been doing business with this company for well over 10 years..i would say i have bought close to 50 pair of shoes..never a problem..smooth as silk..the customer service is the best..always helpful and very very friendly..truthfully this is the only company I order from..period..shoes are fresh..no broken boxes..fast shipping..I can't say enough good things about this 5 star company..Thank You

I ordered socks. They said that this socks are out of stock so I can get them at the end of the year. But that was not visible from their page. They return money. Everything is OK.
