Poor Quality
I just spent $60 on an almost inedible meal. The steak was almost raw, the salad bar was not up to usual standards, and the smash burger bun was stale. I ended up taking the steak home to finish cooking, but honestly the dog will probably be the one to eat it. I always loved Ruby Tuesday. I don't know what happened to the DuBois, PA location.

We order food at the Ruby Tuesday's Tillman's Corner regularly. Tonight, the food was the worst. My husband had a ribeye, and it was raw & hard. It was not eatable.
I doubt I will ever eat there again.

The ruby tuesday in saraland power went out on friday after I made an order online. Fernando provided excellent customer service by cooking my food fresh and communicating with me to get my food. The food was delicious and he made the best out of a bad situation because there system was still down. 5 star service and food thank you ruby tuesday staff for turning my frown upside down :) special thanks to mr. fernando
RIP OFF but food was great
Food was great, drinks were good - redeemed my RT app for a $3.00 entree - bill should have been $18.99 plus $6.50 one drink plus $8.00 one drink plus 14.99 turning into $3. 00 - total SHOULD have been $36.49 before Georgia taxes and tip - came to $51.30 before tip; gave 60; waiter came back with my change, asked him about the $3 entree - he went to see manager - said they could give me $11 food item INSTEAD of redoing it properly and giving me back proper change. DO NOT TRUST WAITER 2089 Brian at Marietta #4381!!!!!!!!! In case they want to refund me properly they can contact me 705 691 7793. It's only $11 - but I am Canadian so my $51 bill comes to $70.59 - I really am not impressed with the manager's decision.

First and last time there
First and last time there. Over priced for what we got (did not look nothing like the picture), fish was not cooked, 3 small, small shrimp and our appetizer was not good either, cold with stale chips. Salad bar was a mess, veggies were slimy and hot. Thought it was going to be like chilis or an Applebee's but it was really bad. We will not be back.
Clean, fun, and friendly
I want to first acknowledge and commend Miss Destiny. She is on top of the salad bar. She keeps everything full, fresh and clean. Although we have been enjoying our salad bar passes, and both of us successfully gotten our weight under control I cannot not mention their desserts, which as our reward we indulged in. One dessert is large enough to be split with 2. The new manager has been a delight, and the attitude of staff reflects that. We've been going 3 to 6 nights a week and have experienced great service. It's like going to Cheers, where everyone knows your name, or at least what you like. Thank you Lori, Amber, Lilly for making our evenings a joy, I am horrible with names, but also to the hostess, and the rest of the serving staff. The kitchen crew deserves recognition also, never had a bad hot meal, and their timing, food placement, even when every table is full, is awesome!
Over priced bottles of beer
We always love going to the fort myers to have a good meal and a few beers but to our surprise a bottle of beer doubled plus in price. I think it will be awhile before we go back again😞
Exceptional waitress
I've met the most magnificent waitress at Ruby Tuesday airport road in Jacksonville Fl. Her name is Jessica. I've witnessed this woman be the ONLY waitress on the floor, go from table to table, including the bar with a smile on her face and never once did I see her be short with anyone. I purchased the 30 day salad bar pass (great deal) so am in there alot. She is ALWAYS so kind, courteous and friendly. She deserves to be rewarded for her efforts. She should be the trainer for new hires as she is the ultimate waitress!!
worst food ever
worst food ever. Fries had no taste at all and neither did the fish. We ordered steaks there before and were not to happy with them, but decided to give it another chance. Sure as hell not gonna happen again. Ruby Tuesday is now tabu for us, just a waste of money.
Lack Good Customer service & Food
We ordered to go order from Bedford, Va Ruby Tuesday. We placed a curb side order. First, we received a call that the Turtle cheesecake was not available that we ordered and asked to pick something else. I picked an item that was a $3 difference because the turtle cheesecake is the most expensive item. We asked about the cost difference and the person noted that she could not do anything about that and could not give anything to make up the difference. We went back and forth with her for a few minutes because she was very a matter of fact and did not have good customer service interaction. I noted that not only was I not able to get what I really wanted but we were supposed to eat the price difference with no other options. She finally asked if we wanted a manager. We actually thought that she was the manager because that is normally who answers the phone, and she did not identify herself when she answered the phone at beginning of call. We held for 10 minutes before she came back to the phone and stating that the manager was busy and was even more snappy asking what side we wanted. I picked a side. After an additional 15-minute wait, we received our food. It was lacking luster to say the least. They gave us someone else drink and when we notified her that it was not ours, she said keep it anyway, very abruptly. They had not included my husband side that went with his meal. The Cookie that was the substitute item was very hard/burnt is mostly all the way round the edges. We have stopped going because ruby Tuesday had fell off so badly the last few times that we have been. I guess we are going to not patron them again. Not sure what has happened because they were really good for a long time.

The people are moving in the restaurant, but nobody's behind the wheel, not even the manager.
First off, I guess you can hire people that have some kind of sense cuz. They don't know anything up in there. Hired a bunch of dummies, the food was cold. Everything was cold. The drinks was cold, but the food was not hot. And the waitress tried to argue with us, so we left Good luck on trying to get people to come in there. I will not come again.

I just wanted to let you know about the exceptional service that I got from the Ruby Tuesday's in Harriman, Tennessee just a few minutes ago. Kristin was the girl that I spoke with and she knew her job so well and was able to talk me through getting the Ruby Tuesday's bar pass done online. It was so great to be able to speak with someone who knows their job inside and out so well that it only took a few minutes to get the task done! If only the world had more like her!! Very pleasant experience dining at Ruby Tuesdays on Augusta Hwy.,West Columbia, SC. Restless very clean . The salad bar was very fresh. The entrées were hot and tasty! The staff was very friendlly. The manager, Chris, has done an outstanding job at making a visit at this location very pleasant. Definitely will be coming back.

I went to Ruby Tuesday on Veterans Day and the waitress would not give me a discount on my food and it clearly states on the door 10% military discount, when I inform her of this, she then tells me that I have to have a code. So I will go back again.
Excellent meal, excellent service
We went for an early dinnet at the Athens location where we met our server, Jessica. She was beyond amazing, so sweet, and we never had to ask for anything. Turns out today was her 2nd day waiting tables. Blew my mind! I figured she had been serving for many, many years! Idk who cooked our meal, but the steak was perfection, ribs were literally falling off the bones, and the salad was very fresh. We made sure to speak with the manager about our experience. It’s hard to find a restaurant where the food is enjoyable, atmosphere is great, and it doesn’t hurt that they have great coupons for food! Keep up the great work. We will be back soon!
