The delivery was smooth, I took almost two week,s but I live in northern Sweden so it was expected. Shipping wasn't too expensive and the price for the watch was fair. I was looking all over the place... Vis mer

From payment to delivery it all went smoothly. My watch arrived in excellent working condition. Also thanks for getting me it. This watch is not available in my country as far as I know.
Another 5* review for Rubicon Watches. I bought my Timex Waterbury watch in March this year , excellent price and delivered promptly, well packaged, just as you would like all on line purchases.... Vis mer

Rubicon Watches in Chapel En Le…
I visited the shop in Chapel En Le Frith (I live nearby) in order to see the watches 'in the flesh' rather than on line. There was a huge range available and the gentleman serving was friendly and patient while I decided what I wanted. He was happy to change the strap for me to one of my choice. The watch is just what I wanted and was excellent value. Am very happy to recommend.

They took only 3 minutes to process my payment, 10 days to get it here, and the so called 60 day refundable policy? LOL, No answers from e mails , nothing, the cheesy watch i got I didnt even take out of the box, looked and felt so cheap that a china knockoff would be like a rolex... or are these from China?

Amazing service
Firstly, delivery was very quick.
I purchased a watch which was unfortunately too small for me, so I ended up returning it.
They offer free returns and processed the refund immediately.
Great customer service and would shop with them again with no hesitation.
