Rubicon Watches Anmeldelser

Mooi horloge.
En ondanks dat het horloge uit de UK moest komen, was het pakket snel in Nederland.

Bought a Timex Expedition watch from Rubicon Watches on Ebay. Very happy with my purchase. The watch came in a lovely presentation box, well wrapped and on good time. The price was very competitive. Hoping it serves me as well as the last Timex Expedition watch I owned.

I bought a Radley watch rated at 30m water resistant. 30m resistant actually only means splash proof. How misleading is that? OK they offered to repair my submerged watch but I wouldn't have bought it in the first place if it had been clear as only splash proof.

Bought 2 watches now and had great service . Would definitely recommend Rubicon to everyone.

A very nice watch at a price no one else could match, very quick delivery, and very fast response to the questions I asked by email, I have purchased from this Company for quite a few years now and have always had fantastic service, so if you’re looking for a watch, I would certainly recommend them.

Ordered a lovely bracelet..

Always the best service from Rubicon. Very very price competitive too. Great.

Authentic watch. Came well packaged and dispatched very quickly..will purchase from them again.

I bought a Timex Gents Intelligent Compass Watch TW2V22300 from Rubicon, as my eyes are not great the dial was too busy for me, so i returned it, the experience was excellent, no dramas whatsoever, they sent a free return label, i returned the watch and the refund was in my account a few days later, i wish all companies were so easy to deal with. Thank you Rubicon.

A fantastic watch at a bargain price.
And I ordered it on a Saturday and it arrived on Tuesday morning.
1st class service all around.

Fast and efficient delivery, I would recommend this online shop and use them again.

Customer service was very helpful, the process swift and watch is perfect. Will definitely use them again.

Ordered Wednesday 20.45pm received today (Thursday) 11.30 am
Great friendly service ,and cheaper than Argos !!

Although there was an issue with the watch (not Rubicon's fault), the team handled the issue immediately with the outmost care. I returned the item, they replaced it with another of my choosing and also offered a discount. They also handled shipping and customs for the replacement.
Fast replies, polite and always willing to help with each of my requests, and also compared their stock to ship me the "best" of the batch (quartz seconds - index alignment).
Would definitely buy again!

3 stars experience.
