Thanks again to The company RTS for having a great sale on vest and other sales as well. Once I pulled the vest out of the box in knew it would work best for my training at home. Great load bearing vest and comfortable compared to military lbv.

I received everything I ordered in a timely fashion and it was all of good quality

I did appreciate the option to pay the balance in four payments. However the product will clearly not ship until all of the money is received. So why offer it? I called to check status and was told the item was not in stock and had to be made. Why offer the item if you don't have it? There are several other manufacturers that have the same quality and the item is in stock and will ship the same day. I'm not happy with my experience and wish I had cancelled the order.

Fantastic shipping and packing. Great plates and vest.
Only thing that might be helpful would be basic instructions for 1st time buyers (side plate placement inside cummerbund, break down of parts of vest and ways to adjust accordingly, etc).

Let me start off saying I’m a vip customer with these guys and I’ve bought two carries so far already got the one and it’s good quality but when I ordered their Rico vest I thought it’d be shipped fast but I didn’t realize they have to make the soft armor and it takes 2-4 weeks to rlly make so soft armor which is kinda ridiculous so I have to wait just 1 whole month to get my order I don’t know if I’ll be ordering from them again after this and they claimed also to put my order at the top of list but I really don’t think that’s the case just be cautious ordering from them

As a combat Army veteran we are particular on our gear and its durability. I can say so far the stitching and the overall durability and comfort is there. It arrived fairly quickly, and overall I’m impressed with the quality. It fits level 4 plates comfortably and feels pretty comfortable against the chest and stomach.

The armor I bought was out of stock, but they still got it to me relatively quickly. I got the Level IV ceramic plate. I've watched all the tests, and my confidence is very high in this product.
