Shady company with no ethics. Hires freelancers and contractors and doesn't pay. Absolutely terrible. They are largely illiterate an incompetent. Would't trust anything they've made to protect your life.

I did not know how much I loved guns until I fired my first round, but you know what I love more than guns? Gun safety! RTS has proven time and again that they are reliable when it comes to the quality and manufacturing of hard & soft armour, vests and shields etc.. while dripping in style🔥 oh and they are MADE IN THE USA🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

I've been buying from RTS tactical for some time now and I am impressed with their level of customer service. I had a problem with a an order that was not even their fault (delayed by UPS) but RTS tactical handled the situation with such care. Definitely 10/10 experience and would recommend to family and friends.

Ordered the tactical bundle. These guys know how to provide quality! The shipping was fast and the product was exactly what I was looking for!

These plates are not NIJ certified. They say on the description that they are NIJ Level IV however once you check the NIJ certification they are not listed anywhere. Scam

Well they did it again. Got my stuff the day before it was even supposed to ship. The first order I placed “plate carrier bundle”took three days to get to me and when i called to place an additional order “ side plates that i didnt order the first time” was told that it would not ship until today 4/21/21. It arrived at my front door yesterday on 4/20/21.

Ordered stuff last year, got an order invoice to my email. 3 months later still no communication. Called my credit card company and even they could not get them so they gave me money back (so use a credit card to be reimbursed). Investigated lots and saw multiple addresses for them.

***edit…3 years later they are now going after all the 1 star reviews and going for removals. DO YOUR RESEARCH!!! I’d never trust them. Literally 3 years later they are trying to sneak in rating repairs.

Could they have changed in 3 years??? Possibly. Does that invalidate my review from my experience from 3 years ago??? No. Why?? Free speech.

It took months to get my credit card company to investigate and ultimately refund me. So they kept the money and a credit card company had to verify if my claim was valid. They updated address at least now doesn’t point to a random apartment in Miami.

Not able to track order. Radio silence till it ships. That is the reason for the 4 stars. Other than that great company and fantastic gear. I have carrier from different company as my go to, that was replaced today. I thought the other was nice. Received exactly at my lead time. Thanks for being there RTS.

Quality of their product outweighs their lead times.

Customer service is always helpful when contacted via phone or email.

They've always answered the phone right away, very courteous, professional and my plates were delivered on time.

This company is just a middle man for products that are shipped from China!
That’s why shipping takes over a month and it’s free shipping.
They print out a pre-shipping label the day after the order and then it never changes.
This is a typical business approach for companies that don’t have products in stock.
I will be contacting my credit card company for a charge back.
I do not do business with companies like this.

I ordered my ultimate bundle and it took forever to get because of the covid. Which i understand it happens. I tried ordering such things as ammo directly from a big name ammo company and they kept on pushing out because of covid and demand. Im happy with my ultimate bundle. Good things come to those who wait.
