Great support, before during and after the course.
I unfortunately bodged my final exam, but was able to retake, so i had contact with tutors before resubmitting to get valuable feedback on my resubmission. I have now passed.
My experience with RRC was great from the start.
My tutor for the course was great too, big shout out to Marshall there, he's a wonder!

This training package has been really helpful, there are great resources for research and the feedback given for the mock exams and the webinar really helped me to pass my EMC1. Also the resources to help me with my EMC2 assessment really helped, by following all the guidance given I passed all the requirments.

We use RRC textbooks and Trainer packs for all our Nebosh courses and we have just completed our 20th year with another record sales. Nebosh is our number one accreditation thanks to the RRC material which all our students think it's great.

I studied Nebosh Diploma,

Books were good, its a small shame they have divided contents (with about 4-5 contents sections per book) made it harder to use in the new open book exam format. (where you invariably navigate by topic and not learning outcome number) however does work for studying the content.

I didn't really use the tutor support very much, the first time I did it took a couple of weeks to get back to me, I called the office and they changed my tutor and from then on all was plain sailing.

I'm doing my NEBOSH Diploma (classroom style) with RRC and given the significance of this qualification, you'll need to study with a training provider that gives good quality training material, has excellent customer service, good student support AND has the highest quality tutors, such as Peter (Ollie) Reed! Not only does Ollie have a wealth of knowledge, but he has a genuine passion and cares for people and this in itself is very unique, especially when it comes to his style of teaching. Very patient, group discussions were encouraged and we learned so much from one another, especially where we all came from different industries (e.g. office, construction, chemists, asbestos technicians). It was an amazing experience, and Ollie is amazing at connecting the group. I am forever grateful for this experience. THANK YOU RRC & Ollie! x

Great learning provider, highly recommended. I've completed quite a few HS / environmental courses with RRC and can't fault them. Face to face learning really works and I've made quite a few friends over the years studying with RRC. Special mention to Peter (Ollie) Reed for his knowledge and support during tough 6 weeks of Nebosh Diploma. Ollie made the process very enjoyable and the heavy subject of Health and Safety very manageable. Thanks Ollie :)

RRC have done a great job choosing and supporting such high-quality tutor. Great course

You cant print off the course learning materials at your own expense, that you have paid for any more. When this is queried, you are directed to buy these as books at additional expense. I suffer migraines and eye strain and having spent all day at work on a computer screen, having hard copies to study would have been my choice. Very poor customer service and trying to squeeze another purchase out of students. Not flexible and not helpful. Would not study with RRC again

The learning material was easy to follow and learn on your own, and it came with enough information about the exam itself and how to prepare. This helped me a lot. The tests after each chapter was also very helpful

A good study material from RRC is key for my success of IGC certification.

Brilliant support from tutors, good accompanying support materials. Prompt feedback and marking for assessments.

RRC are a well established health and safety training company with a good reputation and so this attracted me to study for the NEBOSH Fire Safety Certificate. I decided to study for the online course as I was working fulltime.
The materials they provide are a written electronic book with end of chapter questions. The materials are all very well written however there are not many videos and so it is not particularly engaging for the student. The end of unit questions are also not particularly testing either. There could have been additional information on what fire safety external documentation you should be familiar with other than providing a long list. So I felt a little lost with additional information for the exam.
There are two mock exam papers and I completed one for assessment however it took weeks for the tutor to finally mark the paper.
Overall the course was fine and hence the three star review. The online materials should be improved significantly with interactive elements such as videos to ensure greater student engagement and enjoyment of the course and tutor response should have been better.
