Loving this silky hair
Loving this silky hair, color, style, and lace. This is my third wig from RPG Show. I wasn’t very pleased with their yaki hair due to the texture and excessive shedding of hair. I have been though thoroughly pleased with the 2 silky hair wigs purchased.
Purchased this 12 inch Bob hair style for the summer. The lace blends well with my skin tone. When Ebin lace bond spray applied to my forehead the lace melted and was undetectable to the naked eye.
The picture posted was 2weeks after receiving the wig.
Very satisfied customer. Will be purchasing more from RPG Show!

I purchased the Yaki Katybloom007 on…
I purchased the Yaki Katybloom007 on February 2, 2024. Wore it for the first time in March 2024, this year. As of today, May 29, 2024 and 3 months of use 2-3 times per week. Hand washing with air drying, the wig is shedding profusely. So much so, there is a bald spot. I love this yaki texture it's amazing but, this expensive wig has not been worth it. I wish there was a warranty. Beautiful wig but it won't last. I am so disappointed because I love this company. Disclaimer: I have not contacted them about this concern because I don't have the energy to go back and forth.

I love this wig
The wig I received is well made and the color blending is exactly what I wanted. I have ordered several and each has been made with the same care. I’ve had very little to no shedding and the cut is very flattering. The hairline is the best I’ve had. Now I did pay for the deep pre-plucked feature. Like you, I need to spend my money wisely. However, spending more for excellent quality is worth every penny. I take care of my wigs and never sleep in them, I only glue them down near my ears if it’s a special occasion and I always place them on my wig stand at night. So I’ve been able to maintain these for months, with washing twice monthly. Take my word. Give them a try.

I am absolutely in love with the consistent quality of RPGSHOW wigs. Whether I am meeting clients, or in the field, I always want to present well-groomed and polished. My RPGSHOW wigs do that for ume every time. These wigs have the natural look and feel that is important to me.
I have paid lots of money for wigs in the past, and many times have received inferior products. It has become hard to trust sellers to do right for the general public.

NEVER AGAIN
Ordered a $700 wig that was in stock. Over a week later and my order is still “processing”. according to the timeline on their site my order should’ve arrived already. I contacted customer service and was given a slightly longer, but equally as false timeline. I ordered it for an event that was 2 days ago and the order still says processing. I honestly couldn’t be any more disappointed. I will never order from here again and you shouldn’t either.

In hindsight, we realize the importance of providing accurate information regarding the processing time needed for items, especially for complex products like the blonde highlights wig you ordered. This particular item requires multiple rounds of bleaching and dyeing. Additionally, the deep bleached knots and fake scalp that you want also needs a few extra days to the production timeline.
We deeply regret any miscommunication that may have led to a misunderstanding between us. I have been using RPGSHOW since 2016 and I must confess that the quality of their wigs have always been the same up until now. I have bought so many wigs from different vendors and the quality is no where close to that of RPGSHOW. I always get the curly hair as it looks so much like my hair. Their hair looks natural. I wish I could give RPGShow's wig…
I wish I could give RPGShow's wig "sofiathewigstylist003" a zero-star rating for the horrendous experience I've had with it. I ordered what was described as a stunning Caramel blonde wig for my wedding, only to receive a dismal gray mess.
Immediately upon its arrival, I noticed the stark difference between what was advertised and what I received. The brown roots are not the same, The dye job far from blonde.
I contacted their customer support within 20 minutes of delivery, as per their return policy, requesting a return label and a refund. Little did I know that this would be the start of a frustrating ordeal. Despite sending no less than seven emails pleading for resolution, I received nothing but radio silence from RPGShow when they acknowledge their incompetence and say they'll send a return label. Mind you, this is the second time in the past couple months going through a headache with their beyond unethical goons.
I have resorted to opening PayPal disputes (that's how I got my money back a couple months ago, and what I have to do now). RPGShow's attempt to coerce me into paying for return shipping, despite their policy clearly stating otherwise for cases reported within 7 days, is utterly reprehensible. It's beyond distasteful; it's downright disgusting.
This isn't my first rodeo with RPGShow. In the past, I've tolerated their inaccuracies, often resorting to dyeing or tweaking their wigs to salvage some semblance of value. But enough is enough. I refuse to be taken advantage of any longer. I've spent $638 on a product that is a far cry from what was advertised, and I request a full refund already.

Not Interested In Customers…only their money
I made contact with Tina at RPG Show prior to ordering a unit to insure that my request was doable and within a reasonable timeframe. She responded very quickly advising that it could be ready in 4 to 5 days.I placed the order and received pictures of a unit 6 days later…not sure who’s unit and was advised that if it was ok…it would ship and I would get tracking information…this is the last I heard from them. I have emailed everyday since with no response. Upon checking…this is Chinese new year and it goes on for 15 days. So either this is a scam or they took the money and shut down to party for Chinese new year without advising their customers that there would be a delay or how about not accepting the job since I did email them prior to placing the order to make sure it was doable. Bottom line…this company cares nothing whatsoever about their customers…only their money…save yours and shop somewhere else.

Good wig but it sheds too much
I ordered the Dominic002 wig in April 2022 and it didn't really look the same as the pic on the website but it was still a beautiful wig smells nice and feels soft. Out of all the wig companies lve ordered from rpgshow was the best one.even one year into wearing the wig I would still get compliments. The only issue that I have with this wig is that it sheds too much. This wig is too expensive to be shedding like that. Rpgshow needs to do something about it.
