I haven't received the parcel
I haven't received the parcel. The deadline has passed.
No one can give me information about its location. No service can find it by the parcel number.
The Netherlands Post Office indicates that the parcel has not been received for shipment. They ruined my New Year.

Coin came to me scratched and in a broken capsule. Considering the package was properly closed and undamaged as well as the coin was additionally put in the metal container… employee who packed this coin intentionally did sent a coin in such a bad condition to me counting that I will not send it back as I live in a different country… shame on you Royal Dutch Mint. I will never ever make any purchase from you.
My update after commentary from RDM:
- Sorry but you are mistaken - package was returned on December 23rd 2025 at 01:20pm as registered and trackable package (RR667655545PL). I await prompt reimbursement of all costs including shipping as confirmed on the invoice from You. Still whole cause makes you very untrustworthy and unreliable seller. Very disappointing…
Another update as of January 14th - I still haven’t received a refund for the coin and shipping costs of returned goods. Company representative confirmed though RDM received my return on the indicated date (so you were mistaken twice). Neither anyone has contacted me in case of the raised issue of intentionally broken capsule and scratched coin from RDM. This is not just disappointing, but also directly impacts RDM’s credibility as an untrustworthy and unreliable company who does not care about anything and anyone. Like I said on the very beginning - I will never ever buy anything from RDM and want to warn everyone about this seller.
