ROX - Diamonds & Thrills Anmeldelser

Helpful friendly knowledgeable great in every way

Fast and efficient service. Beautifully wrapped and all ready for gifting. Would definitely use them again. One of the best online shopping experiences I have had.

Made my gift so personal. Beautifully wrapped 👍 I can tell that this means so much to them 👍 Would definitely recommend ROX if

Everything from start to finish was done smoothly and flawlessly. The delivery time was exceptional and the product so well presented. I cannot find fault.

Chloe was extremely helpful and made certain of an easy transaction. It was an issue my end which prevented it happening. In future I will look on the Rox site first when looking to buy a watch

Now this is what an online retail experience should be like, attentive without being pushy, helpful and ultimately a smooth transaction.

I'd been coveting a particular watch for a while and had seen that Rox had an offer on that was too good to pass up. Reaching out by live chat I was expecting the slightly cold conversation that often happens at distance, however the assistant Jill, was brilliant from the get-go; taking the time to listen to me and offering up every scrap of information in response to my questions in a friendly, yet professional manner. The resulting transaction was simple to complete and Jill even arranged for the delivery to be delayed in order to make it convenient for me.

The watch arrived after the weekend as requested and was beautifully packed in a sturdy ROX branded outer box, plenty of tissue paper with a welcome card from the person who packed it - thank you Robert, and a brand magazine. Everything arrived in perfect condition and is absolute dream to finally own, however this review is about the experience not the product.

Having a very traditional department store, customer service led retail background myself, it can feel that the profession has lost many of its positives and shopping now can be very transactional, especially with the prevalence of online shopping and my experience with ROX gives me hope that there are folks out there who still want to provide excellent customer service despite the challenging new environment progress has forced upon the sector. I cannot commend Jill enough for how she dealt with me and she is a credit to ROX.

I would heartily recommend anyone considering jewellery or watches to seek ROX out and experience the quality of service I've recently had.

Excellent company great staff reliable excellent customer service! Best jewellers in Newcastle by a mile !!!

Came in to buy a watch for my partner, service was fantastic and Lora found him exactly what he wanted.

Wonderfully easy to navigate website with far too many amazing products on offer! Once settling on the gorgeous piece that takes your fancy, the after sales care and communication is impeccable. Huge credit to Chloe for her diligence. Thank you so much.

Superb customer service from Helen at Rox in Newcastle. The buying process had no pressure but plenty of support when we needed it. She kept us informed throughout the time the ring was being made culminating in the perfect pick-up! Many thanks, we'll be back!

Hi unfortunately I can only judge Rox on delivery of the products, I am still waiting for the second item to be delivered which has been caused by the poor performance of DPD! Rox have communicated well throughout originally with Chloe and then Jill. I have no doubt I will be communicating again on Monday.

Easy to use website and good after sales correspondence.

Chloe went above and beyond to source the Gucci watch I wanted and Jill was so helpful answering any questions I had.
