ROX - Diamonds & Thrills Anmeldelser

Answered a question really quickly and supplied a new Tudor Black Bay Fifty-Eight Navy Blue Watch at a fantastic discount, and with access to interest-free credit. What’s not to like! Order placed 2:30pm and received the following morning.

I live far away from the recipient. In this case my daughter. Completing the process was simple on line. I was able to personalise my gift too. All in all very satisfied.

Great value and super fast delivery. Would definitely recommend

Shop here often, wouldn't go to another jewellery store 5 stars

Ordered & delivered rapidly, nice presentation box, highly recommended

Easy to navigate system, free next day delivery!

The website is not user friendly. I had put stuff in the basket, got the email to go back and pay and nothing was there.

The payment screen was awful to load and use.

Great a really quick and easy shopping experience and beautiful packaging Will definitely use again

Excellent service from Rox. Beautiful small diamond heart necklace was delivered the next day after ordering and packaged beautifully. Quality of necklace the chain and diamonds absolutely beautiful Daughter was absolutely delighted with gift. Will be purchasing another piece of jewellery in the near future.

Ebony was fantastic in her service for this purchase and was also very insightful and helpful throughout. Very approachable and professional

A massive thanks to Ebony and the Rox team. My girlfriend loved the item, and the service and after care (with the team checking back in after the item was delivered to check I was happy with it) all being first class. I’ll definitely be a returning customer and would highly recommend.

I had exceptional service from Ebony via the online help service. She was able to source me a replacement wedding band after mine was lost earlier this year. The new band is even better than I had hoped for. Fantastic service and great value for money. Thank you again.

Really great service from start to finish with assistance from the lovely assistant manager Ebony. Would recommend

When I contacted Rox about trying to source a necklace to match my wife's engagement ring and earrings I was looked after by Ebony Rettie with the best customer service possible. The necklace I had seen before was no longer available but she gave me a few options including having the piece made specifically for me. She looked into every possibility and went far and above to help me source the perfect piece. I was kept updated every step of the way and the item was ready 4 weeks earlier than promised and well in time for Xmas. I would have no hesitation in recommending Ebony as a fantastic example of the best possible service.

beautifuly packaged and a excellant company to deal with i was very happy

Outstanding customer service from Ebony Reattie. She is a credit to ROX. Let me explain.
I have twin 3 year old grandsons, who are absolutely adorable and are the best thing to come into our lives during COVID.
The boys are autistic but have their own special gifts. One loves dinosaurs & space and the other loves watches & clocks. Glen who loves watches even takes a clock to bed with him and asks people to look at their watches. He makes people laugh when he asks. I contacted ROX and asked if they had any old brochures that we could give him to read; especially for in bed at night or when he gets upset. We were so lucky to have Ebony @ROX as our contact person.
She has gone over & above what would normally be expected by finding us brochures that we can give him in his Santa sack on Christmas morning.
This type of service is exceptional and she has definitely demonstrated the true spirit of Christmas.
We can’t thank her enough. Lynn

Fantastic service from Ebony @ customer service dealt with my query efficient and followed up to check to see if I had received my order correctly also fantastic service from Sue @ the Liverpool store
Thanks both for your help

Fantastic service, certainly put Goldsmiths to shame! Bravo!

Stupidly, I tried to order a watch from Goldsmiths for the second time, I really should have learned my lesson 2 years ago, but hey ho!

I truly wish I had came to Rox in the first place, lesson learnt!

The day after I had learned Goldsmiths had burned me for a Tudor Clair De Rose, I used the live chat with Rox to see if they had in stock and when I would receive it. The chat service was fantastic and the person I dealt with told me they had in stock and could even get it to me as early as next day!!

Placed the order on the Friday late morning and sure enough I got the watch early Saturday evening. I was also emailed along the way to say when it had been dispatched etc.

The packaging was beautiful, and the watch was stunning!

Truly can't thank you enough for this, as it was meant as a gift and I needed it before I headed off to work for a long period! You helped me out of a spot, and I just wish I had ordered from you in the first place!

Brilliant customer service and brilliant products. I had a service done, as I live far away from the shop ebony was brilliant in advising me how to send it. I was kept updated when the item arrived with them and when it was serviced and sent back out for delivery to myself. The customer service after I received it back to see if I was happy with it was second to none. I couldn't recommend this company enough.
