Terrible communication I ordered shorts…
Terrible communication I ordered shorts next day delivery to take on holiday fulfilled all the criteria and they didn’t arrive contacted several times via email after trying to contact via phone which just loops and was never answered. Left for holiday without the shorts and they didn’t arrive until mid week through our holiday and left in the bin. Just received a refund for the postage no apology or explanation or when it would be arriving. Poor experience

Having looked into your order, we can see it was dispatched within the required timeframe for Next Day Delivery. Unfortunately, it experienced unexpected delays while in transit with the courier, which were outside of our control.
We can also see that the Next Day Delivery charge has been refunded. While we appreciate this doesn't make up for the inconvenience caused, we hope it goes some way towards acknowledging the disruption to your plans.

Birthday gift delayed due to DPD error. Amazing customer service, no fuss, friendly, professional team member at Route One sorted it immediately when I rang to resolve. Delivery arrived next day and they also reimbursed me the delivery cost. Products are very good quality.

Didn’t get what I paid for.
Paid extra for next day delivery and did not receive my parcel until 4 days later. When I contacted customer service to ask for a refund of the extra paid for next day delivery I did not get a reply. I have emailed again to chase this up and still had no reply. I paid for a service that I didn’t receive. I’m extremely disappointed by the apparent indifference to the online customer experience.
Update- thank you for the refund. I sent my emails to the only customer service address in your website, and I sent them from the same email address to which you sent my order confirmation, and the request for the review. I received no reply or response until I left this feedback on a public review site. You will need to improve routes available to raise customer service issues, and the effective monitoring of those routes, not just waiting to respond when a bad review comes in. I do hope you can rectify these issues, as your stock and selection is good, but this experience has not left me with a positive view of the company.

Great buying experience all round!
Great website, decent range of products and great prices.
Ultimately returned my purchase as it wasn't quite what I needed, but the returns process was straightforward and my refund done within 48 hours.
I will definitely be checking their website whenever I'm in the market for new trainers/clothing!

I could understand if this I hadnt cancelled the order with you over the telephone, and had had to send the item back. However I didnt, you recalled the item, so why have I got to pay for this?

Cost of shipping not overly expensive (and nice to be able to choose regular shipping... some sites now only let you pick next-day! Don't want the extra cost if I'm not in a rush to have the item). Order to dispatch was 2 days, which is fine.
