I made a big order from them. I'm satisfied the most with the service speed. It took 3 days from the day I placed the order to arrive. Their prices are affordable, and they gave me free samples and sheet masks. I purchased the random sheet mask box, and they included several ones that tackles my skin concern I once shared with them. I really appreciated that. I highly recommend them. I hope they make more promotions, and stock up on Korean luxury brands they used to have, like The History of Whoo, Sulwhasoo, Iope etc..

This is a scam. I purchased a gift card/certificate for a friend's birthday, but the store never issued it. I tried emailing them 4-5x over a couple of weeks and got no reponse, so I filed a chargeback on PayPal. Only then did the store message me and say 'Oh, we don't offer this anymore' despite the option still being very much available for purchase on their website. I ended up getting my $150 back but this is a scammy business practice and I will never shop with them again.

I ordered something 2 weeks before Mother’s Day for a present. It said 14 days delivery never got it .i was sending emails to see how long it would be they take ages to reply. I eventually had to ring my credit card company to get a refund. Been over 6 weeks

I ordered a shock wave machine from them in June.
Never received it, and cannot get ahold of them for a refund. So I'm out the money and the machine.

I ordered a horse rug from them in June. Payment was taken and still no rug. I email them daily and they are just ignoring me.

Scammers. I have never received my order. It was send back to them without me knowing. They charged me $113 to send it back to me.

I recognized this shop from ebay as well just like other customers. Prices are amazing compare to local korean beauty shops in los angeles. I chose 7Rinco shipping method. Order was shipped out on 07/04/2022 and received today, 07/13/2022. Happy with my purchase! Make sure to check custom duties before you order anything from this shop. I think there is a local custom duty/ tax limits.

I was very skeptical about RoseRoseShop but decided to try this shop and IT WAS GOOD. Shipping was a lot faster than YessStyle to Lithuania (RRS - 3 week, YS - 5 weeks). Shipping is very expensive... the more you buy the cheeper it gets. Over all prices are good, about 30 % better than YS (shiping included), but asortiment is very small. Still I recomend it.

I ordered from Roseroseshop recently and the parcel came before the expected delivery time. They also gave me a bunch of freebies which was great and the products were also genuine. The package was a bit damaged on the outside but the product packaging was fine and the products were in perfect condition so I would highly recommend!!

Don't buy from this store! They illegally lower the value of your purchase on the declaration(invoice), the IRS will fine you (because this is illegal!) And the store does nothing to solve the problem, leaving the customer with the loss!

While the FAQ claims it should take no more than 5 days for them to ship orders, it took about 2 weeks before mine was marked as shipped and then another week before the tracking started updating.
One item arrived with a dented box from careless packaging.
They do include some complementary samples, which is nice.

Just received my parcel and I am really happy - everything is perfect. Delivery to NZ took only 4 days with DHL (yeah, it is expensive, but only DHL deliver stuff from overseas in the moment). Also they put 2 packs of free samples. It was my first experience wit RoseRoseShop and I am absolutely satisfied and would recommend to my friends

Recent delivery delays due to COVID-19, but my parcels, everyone, was delivered :) Good service and range of goods.

After reading other reviews I was a bit worried, but could not resist the temptation to try out the certain product, so I placed an order at my own risk on June 7th.

The only email I got was order confirmation, but I contacted the customer support team myself and was updated regarding shipping status.

On June 27th my parcel arrived to London and I got the item. Everything was fine, neat package, several samples attached as a gift. I wish there was a better tracking system, but overall experience was good and I liked the products.

I have ordered cosmetic for the first time from RoseRose.com from my friend recommendation who is highly satisfied with it. Well, I have never received my package because there was no invoice attached and despite contacting their customer service never heard from them. Because of that, my package was returned to the sender. I have asked for my money back and still waiting. I have placed my order in April 2019 and still nothing. No money no product for 6 months. I think there are scammers.

So, roseroseshop is a Korean online store, owned by rubyruby76, well-known on eBay. As on other similar sites, you can find here make-up cosmetics and means for care of Korean manufacturers. The store has been operating for about a year and has established itself well, judging by the comments on the Internet. As you could understand by my assessment, I was also satisfied with the service of this online store, but there are some nuances that don`t allow me to put the highest score. Don`t be surprised if you find a product on the site at a price that is absolutely inadequate, at first glance. Be careful about the description and it turns out that prices are listed for 10 units of goods. Normal kind of customer, don`t need this, so we are going in search of a unit of goods.

They're a little slow in adding the latest in K-beauty but you CANNOT beat the prices for the range.

Customer service is very professional and responds within 1 business day. I had a package worth £60 stolen thanks to Royal Mail (long story). And RoseRoseShop refunded me the ENTIRE purchase.

Top class service. Will continue to purchase from them.
