We are deeply sorry that you are not satisfied with our product and service. What we have been trying to do is to make you have a good experience of shopping.
Please note that we are a legitimate company.

Unfortunately we are not able to find your order with the user name. It would be appreciated if you could send us your order number to check.

We understand that different people have different expectations on the items but we are always trying to offer the most favorable goods to our customers. Please note we do not use standard size. Every item has its own size chart. Some of the items has smaller measurements than standard size, and some larger.

Items can be returned within 30 days from the final delivery date of the last parcel (except for final sale items, accessories, bags, underwears and swimwear).

Customer only needs to CONTACT us for return authorisation within the return limit. As long as you get the return authorisation, it does not matter that much if you actually send back the order a little bit later.
