I placed an order online almost a month ago. Now I'm unable to track the order and I can't reach the company. Don't know what else to do

The blouse is stylish and the pattern is pretty. It fits well, though the neckline is a bit higher than pictured. Still very flattering and comfortable to wear. The quality is better than I expected, package was good, and delivery was quick. Will consider buying other styles.

I’m overall really happy with this top. The fabric is soft and the style is really cute, just like the pictures. The only tiny thing is that the sleeves are a little shorter than I expected, but it’s still wearable and looks great. The quality is decent for the price, shipping was fast, and I’m satisfied with my purchase.

I ordered a top from them and accidentally ordered another. Loved the top when it came but it was too big. emailed them with need for return of top with need for different size. Requested cancellation and refund on second order. They promptly replied and cancelled and refunded on 2nd top and will send different size of top with no need to send 1st one back. Very impressed with their customer service!

Ordered retinol shot shipment took forever product is worthless. DO NOT BUY

Consecutive com.. scam site! Buyers beware. Ordered eye pencils in early January 2026.. no product received in March 2026! Supposedly items in Corvallis,Or yesterday morning according to this bogus company rep via e-mail (unnamed) and only vague updates all along if any until cornered yesterday;then heard how reliable and authentic this bogus company is..lies! ..and Corvallis of all places? What port did these items arrive at ..answer the items never did. Corvallis 45 miles away from where I live .. no product received today and the company will not refund my money as requested several times!! BUYER. BEWARE!! Life lesson but what one sows they also will also reap!

I have three items, ladies tops, ordered Dec.25 received Jan. 26 all totally not suitable.
I have contacted by e mail and Facebook trying to return these items with no success.
I’m totally frustrated.
Please let me know how to return these items. Hoping the date of experience is correct

Imposible hacer devoluciones, te dan largas hasta que dejan de responder a los mails.

I have reached out to customer service with no response. The quality of my sweater was not as pictured and the size was crazy incorrect. I ordered large and my daughter that wears a zero or 2 could not wear it.

I just received the gorgeous shirt but upon trying it on, realized I'd ordered the wrong size as it's much too large for me. I have now requested an "even exchange" for the same shirt but one size smaller & am waiting for your RETURN ADDRESS in order to do so. The shirt itself is lovely & seems well-made but since it's so big, it's difficult to tell properly.

If I could put more than 5 stars I would do it, it's the first time I am doing a purchase online. I was a bit scared but there are all the measures in the website, and if you have any question, the customer service is available and answers fast !
Also, I like the material of the sweater.

Awful did not get my order and I can't seek to a person!

I have had a terrible experience with this company. I ordered two large sweaters and was sent tiny little sweaters without a size marked on them. The instructions to return said to email the company for directions, and not to just send the sweaters back. I have emailed twice with no response. I am very disappointed.

Dreadful customer service. Asked to return an order. They offered me all sorts of alternatives to avoid a return. When I then accepted their offer of a partial refund and no return - never from them again. So stuck with items I don’t want. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered the Brooke Casual Crew Neck Solid Color Knitted Top, XL, (order #R14434), which arrived but was too small. Initially, when I attempted to contact the company via email, to initiate the return, I had not heard any response after at least 4 emails. (I was also worried because of their 30 day time frame to return the item). I finally received an email apologizing for the delay in response, which I greatly appreciated. They did offer me a $35 refund (initial cost was about $75), and said I could keep the top rather then return. It is noted that returning it by international mail would have cost approx $40, so I accepted the refund, and the item was in fact, refunded after several days. I very much appreciated their response. It was a good reminder to me though, that it is not easy to return items internationally, and their return policy was clear that the customer is responsible for returns. Again -thankful for their response and honesty about their delay.

A real Scam! i ordered 4 pieces around 55 dollars each, on mid dec 2024, i received 2 mid on january 2024 , baaad quality! i kept following up regarding the 2 remaining pieces , they confirmed that thet send me a seperate shipment with 2 pieces, and today 24 Jan i received only one piece with worst quality that the first one ! Conclusion , it is a scam website , they display amazing clothes with hight prices , but the reality , they are selling very cheap clothes , with very long time of delivery . Ill never ever buy again from this website.
