Competitively priced, great communication and excellent service. Ordered one afternoon, arrived next morning.

I remembered that I needed a new strop but there were serious time and logistical constraints getting to the boat before it was put in. Rope Locker cam up trumps with almost a next day delivery. Oh and the strop was perfect for the job.

Very quick to reply to my questions and super helpful. Goods received within 4 days of initial query.

I have made many purchases over the past 3 years using rope as an alternative to skirting board in a period home and the customer service I receive as well as speedy delivery is impressive.

Rope Locker was a new company to me only 2 days ago, however it that time I have had excellent service from their knowledgeable and helpful staff. I was given advice on the size of rope I needed and how to fix the rope. When I placed my order a expected a long wait for delivery but it arrived with 24 hours. I spoke to Helen at ropelocker at 3pm yesterday with a fiddly little technical enquiry (that could hardly be worth her time or effort.....NOT a massive sale at all!). Helen and her colleague in the background answered my questions categorically ,sorted out an incredible price for something that I needed to be different to how it is usually listed on the website(personalised service!) AND when i got up this morning it was here! That means: cut to specifications, sent out from Essex , 296 miles up to blackpool using parcelforce and royal mail, to my door overnight and it solves my fiddly little problem EXACTLY for an incredible price. I'm SO impressed with that service that when the equipment I'm working with now is past it's best, ropelocker will be my first port of call. Excellent!!!!

We had a small project to do in our garden. We thought we knew what we wanted but wouldn’t have felt confident ordering rope without the expert help we received.

I had a perfect first order with this company.
I needed to contact them about a few queries as I was not experienced with the products BUT they were superb.
The additional (2nd) order was not as expected, basically the rope was too short (albeit by 100mm) HOWEVER they, without hesitancy (called me personally) and offered to replace it for FREE but did explain it shrinks when folded but will revive when stretched.. I was SKEPTICAL!
They were 100% right. The fact they offered a replacement FIRST before trying to persuade me the product was not faulty was the honesty that allows me to believe this company are bloody decent!
I would not hesitate to use this company again, knowing the fact they will act if a problem occurs.

Incredible service. I telephoned to discuss my order on the Tuesday morning and received the decking rope, spliced with fastenings attached the following lunchtime. By the end of the afternoon I had a functional and decorative addition to my patio area. Brilliant
