Misleading delivery timescales
When I went to order my velux blind I was informed it could be delivered within two weeks. However once I had ordered I was given a delivery date of over a month away. I emailed customer support to query this and have received no response whatsoever. Extremely disappointing

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We sincerely apologise for the disappointment and frustration caused.
When you placed your order, the estimated lead time provided reflected the information available at that moment. Unfortunately, shortly afterwards, VELUX experienced significant supply challenges with certain Anti-Heat Blackout Blinds and Shutters due to exceptionally high demand during the heatwave. Despite their best efforts to secure and distribute new stock as quickly as possible, this resulted in longer lead times than originally anticipated.
We completely understand how disappointing it is to be given a later delivery date after placing an order, and we are especially sorry that you did not receive a response to your email enquiry. This is not the level of service we aim to provide.
While the delay was outside of our direct control, we fully appreciate that this does not lessen the inconvenience caused to you. We are continually working with VELUX and our support teams to improve communication during periods of unexpected supply disruption.
Thank you for your patience and understanding. We hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a much better experience in the future.

Fantastic customer service. Due to no fault of Roofblinds the blinds, I recieved the wrong type of blind. Roofblinds customer service quickly replaced them with the ones that should have been ordered. Fantastic customer service.

Roofblinds were excellent throughout, very helpful staff and as fast as possible delivery.

Fast delivery good price
Fast delivery good price. Two minor things 1 of the 4 blinds had had slight scratch on it. Also the 4 blinds were packed together with 2 long plastic ties which cut through one of the boxs
