J'ai commander trois pass omnia et roma pass ,reçu a la maison très rapidement ...par contre assez compliqué pour la réservation des site a aller voir .surtout Colisée et palais borghese,ça te les site ne permettent pas de réservé à l'avance .j'espère que j'aurais des places ....les lien pour les réservation avec les cartes pourrait être mieux signalé.j'espetr que une fois tout réserver,cela se passera bien pour mes vacance a rome.

I purchased the tickets for travelling to Rome and Vatican city and my experience was good. Though i am looking forward to travel to these beautiful cities in summer vacations. The support team is quick, friendly and conveys timely answers.My questions were always answered in a clear and a nice way. Thank you so much!

El motivo por el q cogí las 4 omnia card para mi familia fue el evitar las colas y.no tuvimos ninguna preferencia, estuvimos esperando más de 2 horas en acceder a la basílica, ídem vaticano, etc accedimos igual q cualquier otra persona q compré una entrada general

La entrada a los museos del Vaticano es fácil de conseguir.
Para reservar la del Coliseum me costó bastante.
Además la tarjeta para menores de 18 años no merece la pena porque no tienen la Roma pass

First of all, communication is very poor, I wonder in full season how you deal with this... after that, Italia almost is not recognizing this card, we had to insist about the gratuity given by purchasing you type of card... so, again, communication.

Easy to follow collection details. On collecting passes the representative was very helpful

If you have Problems and Mail you get a quick respons . But I liked to Book Villa Borghese before the Booking was opened and received a Mail that they were going to contact me . And a few days later I was mailed that the Bookings for June were already complete

Il valore della card (costo di entrata nei diversi musei) è di 73€. Il resto (altri 60€) è per le audioguide e l'autobus turistico. Se anche uno andasse a visitare tutti i luoghi della card il suo costo supera il valore delle singole esperienze. Praticamente una fregatura.

Chercher la carte est contraignant ! Certaines réservations sont très compliquées, nous avons dû demander de l’aide plusieurs fois pour la villa Borghese … stress
Point positif très bon accueil au point omnia au Vatican et sur la plate-forme romapass

I coulnd’t pick up the card sunday and
the card did not provide full access to the attractions and this was not included

This is a terrible service, confsuing and impossible to navigate. They just keep trying to sell you passes yopu have already purchased

ME ENCANTO PORQUE USE EL METRO LAS VECES QUE YO NECESITE SIN NINGUN PROBLEMA.

The Rome & Vatican card made it easy for my husband and I to visit the Vatican museums with ease. It was especially useful for the metro and buses. Though we did have trouble easily finding the tour bus stops.

Low information level on the web, just two points to receive the cards, I've paid 137 € for the acces in only 3 museums, the tourist bus always saturated and the Vatican museum as well, you can put a clausus number instead of just selling cards and tickets and the skip line was not the case.

Die Fahrscheine funktionierten nicht.
Unser Sohn musste, da 15 - separate Fahrscheine lösen.

In den meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten wurde der Pass nicht anerkannt.
Kaum Vergünstigungen oder Vorteile.

5malige Kontrolle beim Einlass - super nervig.

Viel zu viel Geld für wenig Inhalt.

Unübersichtliche Verwendungszwecke.

Nicht zu empfehlen.

Kein Hinweis darauf, dass man von den Vatikanischen Museen in den Petersdom gelangen kann.

Mein Sohn wird nach Rom zurückkehren - jedoch keinesfalls Omnia oder Rompass verwenden.

The staff was very helpful! They helped us plan in some of the sites that we didn’t think we’d have time for. It was nice to have the option of riding the different buses as well - you get tired after walking over 20,000 steps!

Il mio consiglio è di procurarsi semplicemente il Roma Pass. È possibile entrare in Vaticano senza appuntamento.

La verdad que todo muy lindo los lugares que conocimos hasta la gente que nos guió para que conociéramos los puntos principales, me encantó todo roma y la atención

Bought the pass mainly for the skip the line option on the Vatican Museum and Colosseum plus Roman Forum.
Unfortunately after going to the Colosseum we had to join a security line for the Roman Forum. It had a single X-ray machine and would probably take 1h 30m to go through. We are 4, 2 children, and the line was in the sun, no shade, at 11am with 35 Celsius.
The pass for us 4 cost close to 400€, which is considerably more than the individual tickets for those sites, so I was expecting a speedier access. That’s the only reason I bought the pass, because I had children with me and wanted to make it manageable for them.
