Very smooth process to secure flat for my daughters final year at Bath Uni next year with her friend. very efficient , responsive and personable approach .would recommend. Thanks Amy as its not always like this!!

I was recommended to speak to Romans after a friend had a really positive experience with them. So with this in mind, I popped in without an appointment late on a Friday as I happened to be passing and was greeted by the lovely Brittany. She was friendly, knowledgeable about the area and gave me all the time I needed to pick her brains on rentals in and around Bath. In addition to this, she followed up and emailed me everything that she said she would and was punctual in her response when emails were exchanged which went a long way for me! Great customer service, professional and a letting agency I look forward to working with in the near future!

Being someone on housing benefit, it was hard for me to get a place to Rent, however Safferon at Romans was incredibly helpful, kind and reassuring throughout the whole process. Stellar communication at every step of the way and easy to understand guided steps made everything very simple and easy to follow!

I have rented a property that is managed by Romans for the last 3 years and have never had any problems! Went into the office without a clear idea of what I was actually wanting (except that I'm looking for a place to rent). Amy was very patient with me as she was able to communicate very clearly practises in renting. In addition, she responded very quickly to my emails. Made a scenario which is normally outside my comfort box quite pleasant.

I want to place on record that Amy Southby-Forward is an excellent member of Roman's. As a landlord I have allways been greeted positively and efficiently and more importantly the issues get dealt with.I have been with Romans for a number of years now and I have to say that Emma (Swindon) and now Amy are the best.
That's why I remain with Roman's. Management take note.

I viewed a property yesterday. Although the property didn't meet my needs I was very impressed by the young lady Saffron who showed us around. She was honest about renting even as a person on universal credit. I have not found some other letting agents to be truthful about this. Infact I've been told several times that I cannot rent properties on universal credit, this is actually illegal.
Saffron allowed us to have a really good look around without rushing us and answered all our questions. I would be happy to rent with Romans as they seem to know what they are doing.

Laura Stubbins is easy to work with, communicative and responsive. She has gone above and beyond. A safe pair of hands.
Sometimes there can be a bit of a gap in communication between the various departments of the business but overall positive.

It seems unless you take the NDO you're unlikely to get a successful application. Can someone explain why a timely application after speaking to an agent, a extremely good credit history, full-time employment and a very good salary was not suitable to rent the property?
After over a week of waiting and no communication, the application was rejected and the property remained available/advertised.
As there is still no explanation for this, one can only presume that this is because if you don't take up the expensive NDO option and want to pay the deposit in full.....you're application will be rejected.

Ema was very helpful, great at communicating and attentive to needs and details whilst staying very professional. Moving in is always a hassle but that didn’t seem to be the case here. Many thanks!!
