Happy with people I dealt with.Shaun and MissWozniak very efficient.The engineers Paul and Harry nice guys.On negative side took 40 minutes to get through to office.Also unit was only two years old when it stopped working.Overall would still recommend company because they earned my trust.

We worked with the Rolec support team to migrate an existing Rolec EV charger at a large hospitality venue onto the VoltShare OCPP platform, and the experience was genuinely excellent.
Laura, Martin, and Gary were fantastic. Fast to respond, clear with instructions, and proactive in helping us troubleshoot anything we needed. Their support and guidance made the transition feel straightforward and stress free.

Finally After 2 years, someone knew what to do!!
We have had these charges since 2023 & they have never worked correctly but some how having Eliie take a look they now seem to be working perfectly.
We have tried so many different avenues but no one seemed to be able to help. Ellie took our call on Friday & worked her magic.

Absolutely shocking aftersales support
Absolutely shocking aftersales support. Trying to get hold of anybody or get them out to a charger when its faulty is near impossible! Slow to react, or even acknowledge any reported faults! I'm still waiting for somebody to contact me back about a work place charger issue we reported nearly 2 weeks ago!

Excellent customer service
The customer service from this company is first class. I have been having difficulty setting schedule charging from my rolec evo wall charger. Fitted by a friend electrician not by the company.
This resulted in two phone calls to customer service getting advice and help commissioning the unit. Lukasz Wozniak was amazing. No question phased him and his in depth knowledge of the unit and app second to none. Unit now works perfectly without having to stay up until 0030hrs for cheap rate charging.

Hope its ok to use his name but Adrian couldn't do anymore than he did, fantastic support from him, spent forever on the phone with me and nothing was to much for him, stayed with me until everything was working great. Even to the point my phone died on me and he called me back the following day , 5 stars all day long. Thankyou Adrian 👍
