Terrible customer service!
Recently purchased my second pair of eye glasses, the Rory 2.0 XL clear frames. I only purchased the frames because I us my own eye Dr. to put the lenses I need in. After just one week of ownership, they broke on the left temple side. I realize things break, but this also happened to the first pair I bought. Same eye glasses but different color frame. They broke on the nose piece. With all that being said, customer service is terrible. Through email communication their customer service representative Royce told me that my particular frames were out of stock. They would not be available until June. This all took place March 15th. I had told him to notify me when they became available. Nope, he said that I could respond back to the same email in June to see if they were available. Well to my surprise, I got online today April 5th. And they are back in stock. If this was my company, I would have set up a notify alert when the glasses became available. I do not recommend this company solely based on their terrible customer service!
Terrible customer service, and fake google reviews
I ordered a pair of XL Barton 2.0 eyeglasses with prescription lenses. During checkout on their website, I was upsold the Barton Clip-ons for an additional $85.
Shipping was late, and the tracking never updated, and support was not helpful when I inquired about that. With that said, the items did arrive, but there was an issue.
The Clip-ons, that THEY upsold me, don't actually fit the glasses that I purchased. So not only is their website wrong to upsell them, but the people shipping my package completely ignored the fact that the clip-ons they were including, don't match the glasses that were assembled and purchased.
On top of that, when I reached out to support via email, they said they'd make a "one time exception" for a return fee for me, even though it was their screw up. However, when I went to go file the return on the website, I got a 404 page... meanwhile, the person who answered my email, Royce, could have easily made it right and sent me the return slip in his email reply.
They screwed up, and want me to go out of MY way to fix it? Just crappy customer service all-around. The crazy thing is, I like the glasses, and I was going to buy two more pairs in different colors once I figured out if I liked them or not, so they are losing out on another $1000 for their lack of basic customer service effort.

Fantastic customer service from Emily
Fantastic customer service from Emily! I made a mistake in my order and it was delivered to my old address so sent back to Roka, Emily was brilliant, she sorted the issue really quickly and answered emails really promptly despite it being my own mistake. She is a credit to Roka.

Just bought a pair of BARTON2:0 sunglassesomg these are fantastic,I have been buying Oakley for years but these are another level, the quality is superb.Amazingly they arrived in the UK in 3 days with spare rubbers & best of all a handwritten note thanking me, 👌Wow! These are the dogs bollocks.The only negative is the shipping costs.

This company will fail! My $300 glasses broke within 2 months. One of the lenses was never put on right, it was always creaking, and it's finally fallen without an ability to put it back without forcing it and possibly breaking it. I've tried to contact customer service about it several times and NOTHING! Service is non-existent! not to mention just waiting to receive the product was incredibly long. I swear that they are going bankrupt soon. They seem to have spent all their profits on stupid sponsorships than in customer service and quality.
Good, but not amazing
I've been a long time customer. I have had their prescription glasses, cycling sunglasses, swimsuits, sim shorts and wetsuits. Overall I've had a good experience with the products. I'm on my third set of prescription glasses. The first two were great and fit well. The pair I'm on now fit well, but do seem to slip around a lot more even when trying different nose pads. As for their triathlon gear, I've had a few issues. I had the V2 SIM shorts the holes the draw string enters the sim short did seem to rip after only 1 season of use. I only swam with it one of my two days per week and took care to rinse it off to avoid chlorine damage. This didn't seem to help much. I also have a pair of their jammers and while the fitting in the waist area was good, but the legs seemed pretty tight; I don't have huge legs either. I would say they are a good company and I hope they improve their products as time goes on. As of writing this, ROKA is now split between an eyewear brand and a Multisport brand. This review is mostly focused on their past being under one brand.
Atrocious service
Atrocious service. They claim that your order takes up to 10 days to build and it is WAY more than that. Took over 3 weeks to even ship, but they'll happily take your money. And it's pretty damn expensive too. Even if I end up liking the glasses, I will probably never order from here again.
Excellent Customer Service
Ordered 2 pair of glasses. 1 is an rx sunglass and an eyeglass. I had a problem with the eyeglass as I feel like they got the left lens wrong. I contacted cust service and they gave me a replacement with the corrected lens and I couldn’t be any happier. Excellent customer service indeed and they’re prompt in responding too. Will buy again next year!

Ordered wet suit over a week ago…
Ordered wet suit over a week ago tracking number never worked .. wetsuit still not here. Told me it would arrive yesterday. Customer services just fobbing me off. Still no wet suit.
Next day delivery - no its not!
Ordered a wetsuit, next day delivery on confirmation. That was days ago and have heard nothing since confirmation of my order. Have sent 5 emails and not one has been answered. Don't know when or where my wetsuit is coming from. They happily take my order and £300 but don't have the decency to be honest about the shipping. I wouldn't mind if I knew but how do I find out anything if no-one answers emails!?
At ROKA - they have 0 quality control
Abstract: DON'T buy glasses here! ROKA is the worst company since they don't have quality control (QC) or quality assessment (QA). Their customer support (CS) cannot read your requests, and will potentially blame you, the customer, for too many warranty requests. 0 star if it's possible! It seems like I am not the only person who had issues with this sportswear company. I owned Hunter and Rory as well as the other two sunglasses frames, so I have the right to make a brief review here. You can buy better glasses from other brands, and please stay away from ROKA.
Let's begin with some good comments: all these glasses do look like glasses; they work as they are supposed to.
Bad comments? Keep reading: 2 years warranty is a joke! ROKA is the only company I have seen making the poorest quality products. Both glass frames (transparent frame) cracked by themselves. Can you imagine that? The worst part about owning a transparent frame is that you can observe cracks in the frame easily. Many warranty cases were cracked frames. CS stated that they were sure the new frame would not crack again. Guess what? These CSs don't even know what kind of products they are selling. Every transparent frame I got back from ROKA cracked differently, and it is a matter of time. As my title states, ROKA is a big F in the market. Seriously, how can you guys make such fragile products and still stay in the sports business? I and my wife wear glasses normally; the frames can crack by themselves without any effort. What's funny about this company is one of their CSs emailed me and claimed no more warranty grant to me in the future. DO I give a sxxx to your warranty? No! I wouldn't even want to come back for a warranty if you guys can make a steady and solid product. Moreover, these CSs cannot read your request. I've encountered sooooo many of them that failed to read my address; for instance, I told them to send to "a," but they still send to "b." What's is funny about this part is because they ask you for address, the address where they can send you the product. I guess ROKA's HR only test their potential employees if they have heartbeats without testing their reading skills. Such an F if you want to stay in the CS (not computer science! it is only the customer support :() field.
Skip discussion, let's roll to the conclusion part...
In short, I will switch to another brand after this frame cracks. I wish I could publish a paper just stating the facts that ROKA makes such terrible products; clearly, I wasted so much time here writing you this review. DON'T buy stuff here! I don't need your compensation and warranty! Notes to CS: open your eyes and read stuff word by word, hopefully, y'all don't make more customers upset and disappointed.

Stay away from this company
Stay away from this company. Tiny strap clip failed on my goggles, just after 2 year warranty is up. Was told "we do not do replacement parts of any kind on swim goggles". Wow. Every other goggles company... Tyr, Speedo, Barracuda etc. sell you repl parts. Not these guys. Total throw-away in a landfill. Way to go Roka.
Besides this, the lens coating failed quickly. Stick to Speedo or Tyr... or just about anyone else.

I advise that you go with other brands for your gear.

Have yet to receive my sunglasses, it's been two weeks since I ordered. It did take a week to produce and ship...which was stated when I placed the order. They use some crazy shipping method that involves the USPS and DHL. It's been six days so far, since they shipped!
Bought a Matador’s sunglasses in white…
Bought a Matador’s sunglasses in white in 2021. Less than a year later the frame got visibly yellow, contacted support, they negated the warranty because I bought them in a official physical retailer, told me to get it warrantied with the retailer, the retailer didn’t sell Roka anymore so obviously they didn’t have replacements, got stuck in limbo because the Roka customer service washed their hands. So stay away from Roka, because the quality of their products is super bad.
